The room was a perfect size for one night, was seeing a show at the wang and went to the nash bar across the street everything was walking distance & convenient. Check in was smooth and I liked the photo booth when you walk in, had a street view which was nice. Only negatives were there was no table just the small nightstands so not much room to put stuff down & there were hairs on the shower floor. I would stay again want to checkout the rooftop.

The parking garage on Beach Street that the hotel recommends was not the easiest spot to get into and was very very very full. The hotel itself is nice and close to a lot of things. The bar was not great but the free drink/ food vouchers make it worth it. Overall we had a nice stay and would come back for a show in that area.

The room wasn’t what we asked for or expecting, when we asked if we could change rooms (they had plenty of rooms available) it would be an additional $150. The room was tiny with barely any room to move, the only place to sit was a folding chair that was very low to the ground, the bed was also very low to the ground, no table except a small collapsible table that didn’t open, overall very industrial and cold, and we couldn’t sleep from the noise. The “restaurant” in the hotel is hardly a restaurant, it’s a bar with only bar food. We had the burgers (it was either that, pizza or pretzel bites), which were not fresh & severely over cooked. We both felt sick afterwards. To top off this horrible stay, we were charged an additional $40 “destination fee” whatever that is. If you like to be comfortable and cozy and want a good nights sleep, this is not the place for you.

Great location in theater district. Place is very cool and sort of eclectic. They bar restaurant area is good, fun, good food and great service. The rooms are a little on small side but very nice, Comfortable and clean. Great for couple night stay. Not sure if would stay there a week with no closet or fridge but would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place for anyone who does not have to spend to much time in the room. The rooms are quite small, hence the lower price, but well equipped. The hotel itself is modern and hip, great for young people. I had to spend some time doing some computer work in the room, and for this, it is a bit tight. The hotel charges $35 extra as "destination fee" per day, which comes back in the form of a $35 credit towards food and drinks every day. Even with this extra cost, I found it to be more reasonable than many other hotels around. So, I would stay again at this hotel in the future.

The hotel was beautiful and I love the decor and how lively it is. Super noisy when trying to sleep but I figured it would be due to the location. One thing I did not like was heading down to leave the hotel at night the amount of people on the first floor that were in the building because they didn’t want to stand in the cold to wait in the line for the theatre shows. No security down there.

Great hotel! Very clean! I will say they scam you with parking saying it’s $40 per night but then they throw $35 in fees for parking. Not happy about that. Other then that great stay.

Not easy parking options for out of towners, or for a car. Lucky where I went was in walking distance and it was nice to walk but off property parking costed me 79$ for one night. Other than that, their cocktails were great and the room was really clean. The fitness facility was great also and surprised how many people were awake as early as I was.
