They are right in town of Banff so all that the coty has to offer is right in walking distance. The restaurant was amazing and I highly recommend.

I liked that the property was in Bamff Downtown and everything was at walking distance. No need to get the car out of hotel parking. Room and Washroom were good, neat and clean, mordern but the washroom are little narrow

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel, very close to the downtown. Many restaurants near, and everything is walkable. There is a parking lot with limited space and height restrication. The room was quiet.

The front staff was warm and welcoming. We recieved free bus passes with our room, which our 4 yr old was thrilled about! Taking the bus in an activity alone for littles. The room was clean and well maintained. The only “complaint” one could say is the coffee machine was finicky but it did work.

Good property, front desk staff were all awesome! Very accommodating and helped us with all our questions. Even though an older hotel, we were pleased. Very good location close to downtown shopping area, restaurants and shuttle stops. Less than ten minutes walking to a large free parking lot in train station besides hotel parking. Free shuttle bus voucher. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable bed.

We checked in around 8pm. The women who checked us in was incredibly helpful and friendly and gave us great tips for the area. My friend and I did the split room and it worked out great. The property was clean and cute and great proximity to food and shopping!

We really liked the room and amenities especially the sauna and hot tub, the only concern was the fact that the hotel didn’t have any toothpaste or microwave. You had to go down to reheat the food, but their staff was accommodating and overall ambiance great! I’d give it a 4.5
