It is, what it is. A budget hotel, tiny. Has everything one needs, a bed and a bathroom with working shower. No frills. Good breakfast however! Took advantage of the free shuttle service back and forth to the airport, which made it easy to go to Amsterdam city on the train.

Budget is very accurate

Very average: it did the job considering I had an early morning flight and had to leave at 04:30. The shuttle bus is every 20 mins and picks you up from the foyer - this was the best thing. It is a budget hotel but I found the room uncomfortable and there is literally nothing around there, so make sure you bring tech and chargers.

Clean, very small and very basic rooms, no fridge, a few hangers and shelves but no closet. No room service but a bar and restaurants at the more upscale Ibis is just a short walk away through the parking lot.

The staff are very friendly & when I asked the staff for a hair dryer she handed me 1 without any questions. The only thing I wasn't satisfied was the breakfast. I wish they have some hot options other than boiled eggs but overall it was a great place to stay

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in there. All staff were very kind. The shuttle bus service between Schiphol airport and this hotel was ever 20 minutes from early morning to late evening. It was very convenient. And the breakfast was prepared from 4am to 10:30am. It was also very good for our very early departure. Am looking forward to staying in this hotel when I will come to Amsterdam again. Thank you!

Reservation Confirmed, But Room Wasn’t Available

I had a very disappointing experience. After a long and tiring day, I arrived at the hotel only to find out their computer system was down. I had to wait around 30 minutes just to be assisted. Then, to my surprise, I was told I wouldn’t be staying at this hotel at all, but at another one about 10–15 minutes away on foot. I booked this room back in January and received confirmation, so I have no idea why I was suddenly moved to a different hotel. Having to walk and check in again elsewhere was frustrating and completely unexpected. Poor organization and communication.

It’s really nice budget friendly option near Amsterdam Airport. Plus point is they provide free shuttle service to and from airport from where you can catch a train to centre.

The room was filthy. It was too late for the room to be serviced. When we brought up the complaint to the first desk, they said it would be serviced. It was not. When we first arrived the bunk bed was not made. The linens looked used. There was debris and food from, assumably, the last customers buy honestly who knows how long it was there. The trash was piling up due to not being serviced and it was asked of TWICE! Extremely disappointing. It’s a nudge hotel but asking to get a clean room should not be too much.
