My one complaint is the way they handled breakfast. They blocked off access to breakfast buffet, and you had to request what you wanted from one woman (even dry cereal and wrapped pastries!). It cause an unnecessary bottleneck, and you had to ask for everything you wanted. I have stayed at a lot of these kinds of hotels, including during the pandemic, and never saw this approach. It made me feel like I had to ask "mom" for everything I wanted, and that resulted in me not getting everything I wanted. Next time, I'll pick the Hampton Inn instead...
Our room door was not fully closed at check-in. Felt like the place was unsafe
Internet is horrible! Room was fine. Beds were okay. A/C worked fine. I had to unclog the shower head but then it was good pressure and plenty hot water. All in all not horrible but with many hotels around it for comparable price, I would probably try a different one if I had to return. TV channel line up was basic and no smart option. Breakfast was very basic (typical hotel) but they have people serving you and to me they were just more of a hindrance than a help. Seemed odd to me. Basically unless it was cheaper than everything around it and I was only returning for work, I probably would not come back…. The cookies at the front every night just isn’t why I return to a hotel!

I liked that I could bring pets if I wanted to travel with mine. I did not reserve a pet friendly room, but was given one upon arrival. Since allergies are an issue, it would be nice to know that a non-pet room would be available.
Overall it was a nice place to stay. But the bathroom sink is so high that I at 5’5” had trouble washing my face. If u are scared to death of germs and want someone getting ur food for u, this is the place If ur like me and is so over all of it, u are not allowed to get your own breakfast And one lady who was tasked with the job coughed or sneezed while doing it. Over the top. Let us get back to normal please

Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. Carpet in the rooms really need to be replaced.
Staff couldn’t be bothered to wear masks. The bathroom wall shook when the bath fan was turned on and the door had gaps to the hallway around three sides (I.e you could easily see into the room from the hallway).
Only stayed 1 night to break up long drive. Check-in/out was easy. Room was adequate for our needs.
Pool and hot tub nice. Hot tub not bubbly only minor action in jets by the steps. Pool towels are a nice touch.

If you say there is room for six, then there should be room for six people to sleep. There appeared to be a couch missing. So two of us slept on the floor. What the heck?
Bathroom had several towels more than we needed. Extra blanket in closet was nice too.
