Great little pool. Across street from 24hr Denny's. Easy 5 min. drive to Colonial area.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years. Last year they were sprucing up the place while we were there (it didn't need it) It was nice to visit again this year and see how it came out. The hotel is an excellent place. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It's also nice to see that they do not have a huge turnover in help. We have seen the same people (housekeepers, front desk, managers, and maintenance) for the past couple of years. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. I have been at other hotels in Williamsburg and this one is my favorite. The breakfast is good. They offer hot food as well as bagels, cereal, fruit, and donuts. Hotel is always clean, rooms are spacious and clean as well.

The room was very clean, comfortable and nice. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar had a good selection of food. the hotel is very close to colonial Williamsburg.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and located nearby Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. We were able to easily visit all the historic sites as well as enjoy great restaurants nearby. Freshly baked cookies available throughout the day was also a plus.

Country Inns and Suites is a very nice place to stay.

There was dirt on the door leading into the bathroom and someone's ponytail holder on the floor. It was also difficult to regulate the temperature since there was no thermostat on the wall, but this is true any time you have one of the units below the window that only have fan, cool, and heat options with a numbered setting. Aside from that, we were pleased.

Quality rooms with televisions in sitting room and bedroom. Breakfast was excellent. Not the normal continental breakfast but eggs, waffles, oat meal and other dry cereals all with a different meat each day. Not to mention the variety of juices. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. An excellent location. I highly recommend the Country Inn & Suites.

Enjoyed the overall hotel experience but the rooms are getting a little "tired". The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is typical and acceptable. Like many hotels the HVAC unit is noisy and goes from hot to cold with the fan blowing. The room was clean but needing some updates and minor repairs, especially in the bathroom.

Nice hotel near Busch gardens. Nothin spectacular but for the price you really are getting a nice hotel. It's also near the outlets and bear anything you'd want to do in Williamsburg. Favorite part was definitely the breakfast

The staff and accommodations were excellent. Loved it. Hot tub was nice too.

Very clean and spacious. Breakfast is quite good. Good price.

Booking was easy and finding the hotel even easier as it is just by the side of one of the main roads. stay was comfortable and the breakfast was good too!

It was a decent hotel and inexpensive. Free breakfast was so so. It was close to other restaurants and the park which was our reason for visiting williamsburg. I might stay again, but with so many other options it's unlikely.

The bathroom was nasty, had stain everywhere. Left the room and came back to nasty water in the toilet and sink, maintenance didn't come till following day. The breakfast is not edible. First time staying at the chain, very disappointed.

Check-in during deluge, so canopy to unload most helpful; adjoining rooms was nice extra; bed and seating quite comfortable; breakfast above ordinary in sunlit, bright room. Desk clerk most helpful when we called back (after checkout) about item left in room.

Arrived in the dark on a rainy night. Rooms were ready and waiting--adjoining rooms were nice plus. Great night's sleep; little if any exterior noise; good breakfast in sunny room; and helpful, cheerful assistance from desk clerk concerning a personal item left in room. All in all--a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

A definite average room. We decided to pay a little extra for the jacuzzi and indoor pool. The shower system in the hotel room was not the greatest. The faucet was slightly rusty/leaky and the tub easily flooded. I did not tell the staff until we checked out because there are worse things that could have happened. The staff gave us 20% off for our next stay which was a nice gesture, I think next time we will make sure to have a better quality room, either at Country Inn or another hotel in the area. The bed was pretty comfy, and the location was very convenient.

We came to Williamsburg to celebrate Valentine's Day and Presidents Day. We checked in on Friday and the staff could not have been nicer. We wanted to extend and they were very helpful to the point of checking for the cheapest rate. While there we went to Berkley Plantation and Fort Monroe.

This is a nice hotel - it's well situated, clean and safe. Good breakfast (eggs, sausage, bagels, fruit, yogurt, toast, cereal) - with a wide range of foods for everyone. The rooms are comfortable - and have a microwave, coffeemaker and small refrigerator. Everything went smoothly for us there. We'd go back.

We chose this hotel for our visit to Busch Gardens. It's about a 10 minute drive to the park. The hotel was clean. The breakfast in the morning was very convenient. The hotel is very close to an outlet mall and a handful of restaurants. Overall, very please and would stay here again for sure.
