Room was very small for an extended stay hotel bed linens were too thin mattress was uncomfortable no natural light, and no ability to run Netflix or YouTube.
The breakfast quality has decline from previous years
I like it the hotel But the swimming pool it was close until June They should warned me before I did the booking too expensive and no pool very unprofessional my kids were expecting to jump in the pool

The property was nice, the rooms were clean and spacious but the staff was AWESOME!! Nicky at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Every day we saw her, she had a big smile and happy greeting. And Vincent Soriente, who served us a late dinner after we had been traveling all day was INCREDIBLE!! He could see we were tired and made us feel welcomed and made every accommodation to make our dining experience pleasant. The next day and the day after that, Vincent still had the same warm and friendly attitude, and not just to us. We observed him going above and beyond with other guests as well!! What I learned later is that he was one of the managers. I was so impressed with his stellar customer service and his willingness to help out wherever needed to make his guests feel comfortable. Vincent is a fine example of what excellent customer service looks like. We had such a nice experience that I would come back knowing that staff like Vincent and Nicky would be there welcoming their guests for their entire stay. WELL DONE!!! Thank you!!!
