Property was nice enough. I did not realize I had to request room cleaning daily. Good thing there were enough fresh towels for three days. The hand soap in my bathroom on the sink was two bottles of shampoo. The pool was not open which I was really looking forward to. There was nothing on the website or notices at the front desk about the pool. I only found out when I asked where the pool was.
Every 10 minutes someone slamming doors when I was trying to relax and enjoy my saty.

The entire property was not up to Hilton standards. I chose this hotel based on prior experience with the Hilton company and I was very much disappointed . The quality of the room and the building itself was very poor . I checked out after one day and chose the Hampton Inn which to my surprise was much better .
Great pool & spa & workout room - very clean. Handicapped parking close to 1st floor rooms was a plus. Close to shopping. The restaurant was closed for the holiday, but the kitchen was open. Snacks available at the front desk 24/7. Secure, internal access. Lit parking. Cable. Good toiletries, linens & towels. Comfy beds. Fridge, micro, Keurig & wifi all great features. 4.5/5 stars only because the restaurant & bar weren't open for the whole weekend.

Was having trouble with the cable tv bc the picture kept freezing up, turning into snow or go blank. Hotel staff responded immediately and i had no other problems, once fixed. Everything else was fine. I would stay again.
We have stayed at Hilton Garden Inns before and have had no problems. This time however, we had dirty beds (crumbs on the sheets and a nickel laying on the fitted sheet. The floor had a wet sticky mark between the beds. There was a wet towel scrunched up on the towel rack in the shower. We called the front desk (no apologies) and they sent a very nice gentleman up to remake the beds and he gave us new towels--he is a great Ambassador for your company.
