For the price and location it is what one would expect from an economy hotel. The staff at the front desk were very polite and answered my questions. Room was a bit tired, but again, what you would expect. I was in town for an athletic event at the UGA Equestrian Center and this hotel fit my needs. ...
The hotel staff was great, but the bathroom was too old, The tub was badly cracked in the bottom and round the edges. They need to upgrade. I also felt like it was advertised as being closer to Athens, Ga than it actually is. Overall, it was a nice stay. =)
I booked this room for one day for my mom and dad whom got married. Just something nice that my sibblings and I wanted to do. The pictures on line are nice but it does not show all the work that needs to be done to the place. When you pull up first thing you see is this big huge gapping hole up top ...
For the money, I would stay here again. The staff weren't very organized (I booked through Orbitz) and that cause computer issues on their end. But nevertheless the staff figured it out and we would stay here agoan
The hotel is ok they are doing some minor renovations are room was clean and spacious the hot tub was closed which was disappointing but i would stay here again
It was a roof over my head consider being homeless. Shower and bed was excellent
I booked this room for one day for my mom and dad whom got married. Just something nice that my sibblings and I wanted to do. The pictures on line are nice but it does not show all the work that needs to be done to the place. When you pull up first thing you see is this big huge gapping hole up top and some of the structure hanging like it will fall at any minute. Checking in was quick and no problems there. Elevaor smelled of urine and sticky. Rugs in hallway now vaccumed due to small pieces of debri left at every other step. Very bad smell in hallway. Was not nice at all but I think someone just got finished spraying. Hole in room on wall very visible could put at least three fingers in. Paint was not done correctly. You can see all the patched up work. All in all I wish I would have made their reservation somewhere else. Not what I wanted for them. Will not be making anymore reservations here and I don't recommend this place. I could have gotten better value at an Super 8. Company should sell rooms at wayyyyy cheaper rate. But no bugs or animals so that is why 2 stars is what you get. I don't care about driving distance on trips because as long as I have a car, I can get where I need to go. I care about cleaniness and appearance. And that should be everyones main preference!
