ibis Paris CDG Airport

Convenient location for early flight

I appreciated the fact that the hotel was very close to the airport. You can literally walk to the terminal or use the free metro line devoted to the airport. The room was small and the mattress not too comfy. The bathroom was ridiculously small. However, I was there for one night to be sure I could catch an early flight, so it was okay. The place was clean and the food available in the restaurant of the hotel was quite nice. So if you are in the same situation, I recommend you use this hotel.

Generator Paris - Hostel

Fantastic Experience

It was my first time staying at a hostel, and it was excellent. I realize that there’s a certain luck-factor with regard to who you get for roommates (mine were amazing and ended up spending the day with me in Paris) so I’ll focus on the hostel itself: The front staff was excellent. Very friendly, and spoke great English. The cafe was exceptional, and also friendly. A great place to lounge around or wait. They have decent security, but be forewarned that outside food is not allowed in your rooms, and they will stop you if you try to bring it in. The rooms were clean, and clean linen was provided free of charge (towels and a lock are extra). Rooms come with locker chests under the beds. The location was probably my favorite part. It’s directly across the street from the Colonel Fabien metro stop, so once you learn the metro system, you can get anywhere from your front door.
