Novotel Paris Les Halles

Great location! Nice new rooms... very modern! We walked everywhere... Notre Dame and The Louvre close by.

The hotel is very clean and close to all major attractions. It is especially convenient in that it is next to Les Halles and the shopping and transit center there.

This hotel was chosen for its location, but it was so much more. The staff are very engaging, helpful and always smiling. The room was large for Paris with a modern bathroom, beautiful garden patio and a bar and restaurant. We did not try the restaurant as Paris bistros were outside the front door, but we asked for some coffee to go one morning and they were very accommodating. This hotel puts all the Paris cliches to rest, and for those from the US who want a Parisian experience but some comforts from home, this is the place for you. There is some construction going on outside the hotel at this time, but that just made for a small detour for the taxi, not a big deal.

Hotel is within walking distance to Notre Dame cathedral and about 10 min walk to the Louvre. Very convenient to RER, Metro amd Bus. Hotel is very clean, staff speaks english, and breakfast is a plus. Convenient to Disneyland and Airport since it's at Chatelet Les Halles station. I would definitely stay here again when in Paris

Excellent location. Helpful and pleasant staff. Major tourist sites are within working distance.

Amazingly, this room had a full size bed and two twins (one twin, and one day bed). Was comfortable enough for 3 women for one night. Was also conveniently located close to the Forum les Halles. Overall we were pleased with the quality.

Excellent location. Wonderful restaurant and lounge area. A great staff always looking to your needs.

Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, everything excellent.

Great location and great staff - i will stay there again

Hotel was good and the people helpful and nice. Would stay again. We got the room facing the Garden rather than the Les Halles construction... Minor annoyances: The room was small when compared to U.S. hotels and the construction in the hotel rooms started at 9am... Surprisingly its the construction of the hotel rooms rather than the Les Halles area's external construction that was the bigger annoyance.

With les Halles just beyond the "back door" and the 1ier arrondissement around every corner, it doesn't get any better for shoppers who want direct access and ambience. For those who also want to take in the Champs Élysées and Parisian sights, it doesn't get any easier with métro and RER access at les Halles just below the boutiques. In addition to superb hotel service and cleanliness, a bed with no lumps would make this truly the perfect place to stay.

Hotel is located very close to many sites you will want to see when in Paris and the Les Halles Metro station, one of the largest in Paris, is right up the block. Cafe's in abundance all around the hotel. The room was modern, clean and bright as was the bathroom. The only thing bad I can say is that there is no direct access to the front entrance due to construction to modernize the Les Halles station thru 2016.Also some of the staff didn't speak or understand English too well. I would definitely stay again.

The only complaint is that the bed was lumpy and the pillows were too flat.

This is the perfect location if you want to see the famous sights. Many are within walking distance; for others, the metro is right at the doorstep. Many restaurants of all types and price ranges are nearby. Everyone on the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. All speak English fluently. The room was modern with plenty of space. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Definitely the best place we stayed on our three week trip.

This hotel is located within steps of the best Metro Connection Stations in the city. We traveled via Metro and RER and were always able to make it to where we wanted to go.. including the Palace of Versailles...Eiffel Tower...Sacre Couer..and more. We were also within walking distance of many sites; including: Notre Dame, The Louvre, The Orsay, Tuilleries, and of course, beautiful walks along the Seine.. The Concierge was always helpful and displayed a wealth of knowledge on the city and transportation options.. We would choose this hotel for future trips to Paris.

This was my first overseas vacation with my wife. Plenty of other reviewers will and have give a better overview of helpful hints, so I do want to say that the hotel staff went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible and making Paris as accessable for two non-frankophones.

In strike; the day enterily with a terrible noice of weiters craiing about their problems with the Novotel company

Shopping is very near the hotel. Various restaurants and nice good places where to stay around and have a drink are very near. I think This is one of the best hotels in Europe we stayed in with my wife.

Great location to catch most of the sites to see, easy to transportation and decent breakfast

my first time in Paris. Getting off metro and finding the hotel thru the mall was a bit of a challenge. But was greeted with a warm welcome by staff. They helped us locate the quickest routes around town and exchanged our cash for us also. Breakfasts were great, with plenty to choose from. My only issue was the maids kept turning off the air when they cleaned the rooms. After a day of walking it would have been a little more relaxing to enter a cool room. I would stay here again.
