Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

In the exectutive suite that we stayed in, the door connecting our suite with another had no soundproofing, so we heard everything, from their hairdryer to their kids yelling at each other, and even their conversations. We stayed for a week, and complained every other day, but the only compensation was a few euros on a hotel membership card. Very disappointed.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great for navigating Paris proper. The rooms were ample by European standards. The only issue we had was with our bathroom sink, the drain was slow and the water filled up the bowl leaving a film after use. I would recommend adding an electric outlet in the bathroom. I needed to plug in my curling iron/hair straightener, there wasn’t a place to plug it in. I had to plug them in the room, without access to a mirror.

Absolutely the location. Modern amenities at a reasonable price and walking distance to major attractions. Front desk friendly and helpful.

Excellent! I will definitely recommend it to my friends

Great location, centrally located, restraunts all over, and in shopping district, metro outside entrance with all major train and metro lines, can get all over Paris, train direct to airport, train directto versailles. walk to louvre, walk to notre dame walk to Seine, great staff, excellent breakfast, and hotel restraunt has very good food, highly recommend.

The bathroom drain was in a deplorable condition. As far as staff was concerned, they were very pleasant but I WONDER ABOUT THEIR EFICIENCY AS I was charged for a drink that I did not have and they attempted to place a charge on my card on the day after I had left.

Very nice hotel with easy access and great location for walking to Notre Dame and the Seine.

Friendly staff, very clean and so convenient to everything.

Love this hotel staff room everything was excellent loved it

everyone was helpful and provided me with random items i didn't have like a wine opener and scissors. Receptionist where helpful with taxi service. I noticed that they had extra security on the longest day of the year also the day that France won soccer.

I travel for work. I know hotels well, and I know a great one when I see one. I don't usually make a note of a hotel for future reference, this one, I did. If I return to Paris, this is where I will stay. Great location. Clean. Friendly. Helpful. Awesome.

Loved location and hotel. Worked in hotel industry for many years and this gem is one of my faves for the money. Modern rooms, excellent food, staff was over the top friendly. I will return to this hotel on my next trip. Superb!

My mother, sister, and I stayed here for a Mother's Day getaway for 5 days/4 nights. The staff was very pleasant and offered recommendations on where to go. The staff were friendly and spoke English fluently. Our room was clean and tidy, and even had a balcony. I've been to Paris before and the room was much smaller. However, this was a good size room and comfortable for all three people. Two of us shared the king bed (very comfy), and my sister utilized the queen sofa bed (not as comfy, but not terrible). The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was amazing. We took a private transfer to the hotel from CDG airport because we arrived on a day where the trains were on strike. However, the strike was over by the time we left. Getting to the hotel is difficult by car because it's surrounded by pedestrian paths. However, there is a metro stop right outside the hotel. So as long as there's no strike during your stay, I HIGHLY recommend taking the metro to get around the city, or at least to and from CDG. It was only 28 minutes on the express metro, and it did not cost nearly as much as it would cost to Uber or use a private shuttle. The hotel is literally walking distance to all kinds of shops, restaurants, cafes, and boulangeries. There are so many different types of food and shops right when you walk outside the doors of the hotel. I didn't have anything bad to say. It's near a metro station and about a 10 minute drive to most major sites.

Great location to explore the city. Got an upgraded room on check in and staff was very helpful.

Nina was fabulous! We were upgraded when we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to help us with reservations, directions, and anything we needed!

We had a absolute fun stay at Novotel. The hotel is clean, very new and the room is very well appointed. The beds are very comfortable and service is excellent. Location wise, the hotel is central in location and right next to the Les Halles station.

This hotel is very modern, very clean, very comfortable. My room was large by Paris standards, and very well designed. The shower was enormous. The only negative comment I would make is that the only way to turn off all the lights in the room is a switch by the door, so if I wanted to use the bathroom at night, I would have to get out of bed and walk all the way through a dark room to turn on a light. The best thing about the hotel is the location -- literally a few shorts steps from one of entrances to the Les Halles Metro station, and located in one of the best neighborhoods in central Paris, within walking distance to the Louvre and other museums, shops, restaurants, Notre Dame, etc. The Bistro Les Halles, just across the small plaza from the hotel, was a wonderful place to enjoy outstanding French cuisine at affordable prices.
