The hotel is clean, modern, and very well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and safe. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Paris with easy walking access to major attractions, shopping, and plenty of great restaurants. The area felt lively but secure, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and safety in the center of Paris, I highly recommend Novotel Paris Les Halles.

Don’t believe the pictures and rating. Horrible!

I checked in after a long flight from Canada around 10:30pm. I was given a filthy room overlooking a dumpster. I wouldn’t have paid $420 for it had I seen the real condition of the hotel and room. This was false advertising.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 6 nights. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and there were always lots on hand in the reception area if needed. Free kids ice cream and sweets in reception made this ‘the best hotel ever’ in our son’s eyes! Even though renovation work was taking place when we were there this didn’t affect our stay as noise was confined to the day time. Bustling location with at least three bakeries in walking distance for morning pastry and coffee. Easy Métro access with a station just outside. We walked to Notre Dame and the Louvre with ease. Sound proof rooms really quiet. Comfy bed and great pillows - excellent nights sleep.
