Overall decent value, but saying this apartment sleeps 5 is false advertising in my view. The sofa “bed” that should sleep two has no mattress, just a trundle that turns an L-shaped sofa into a rectangle; you then have to use the sofa cushions to create a level sleeping area. This was a cramped sleeping area for two teenagers and would not be suitable for two adults. Apartment amenities are good; neighborhood has lots of restaurants and stores; close to center of Paris.

Great place to stay in Paris. Great decor and ambiance. My only complaint is that we booked for 6 nights and they would not give us any extra toilet paper or fresh towels (there was a heat wave so we were showering 2x/day and 2 women go through tp!). It’s also quite small. Bed is a double and shower tiny. We were in a studio suite.

3rd floor with no lift/elevator. I had to drag my big international luggage 3 floors up with narrow spiral staircase about 6 inches width of the stairs. Ac didn't work on day one, it was super hot. No wifi, they haven't paid the internet company. Information wasn't passed to the staff from the previous night I checked in

Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended for a Comfortable Stay I stayed at Les Patios du Marais for five days in a studio booked for three people, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Although the location in Le Marais is excellent and the studio renovations appear charming at first glance, the space was extremely small and not suitable for three people. Upon arrival, the studio was not properly cleaned. We found a lot of insects, spider webs, dust, and hair on the floors. There were small and large spiders crawling around the room—including on the bed pillows—which made it impossible to rest comfortably. The room was extremely hot during what was one of the hottest weeks in Europe. There was no air conditioning, only an air extractor system that required keeping the window open at all times. However, the only window was completely covered by plants, blocking any light or fresh air and allowing even more insects to enter. It created a stuffy, dark, and very uncomfortable atmosphere. We ended up having to close the window at night to avoid more bugs—or worse, rats—coming in, but this made the room unbearably hot, even with two small fans that didn’t help at all. The studio was on the fourth floor without an elevator. While I was aware of the stairs when booking, the surprise came with the lack of space and the poor design. The upstairs sleeping area was nearly inaccessible—you had to crawl to reach the bed, and there wasn’t space for your belongins

The property is tucked away is trendy Marais and is walkable to the Louvre as well as many museums and galleries close by. There are a few mini markets nearby for groceries, and many cafe/food spots at your doorstep. When I stayed it was unusually hot conditions (41•c) but room was cool enough to sleep and there was stand fan provided. Loved this cosy little room and would love to see the other rooms available, all very unique!

Overall property was pretty amazing. Right in the city but very private and courtyard is awesome overgrown garden feel. There were also a lot of food / drink options in walking distance. A couple issues: Our shower was short. if you are over 6' you will hit your head on the rain shower head. Also, the shower head was missing nozzles, so if you turned it on you were drowned with water, The alternative was the handheld sprayer but the holder for the spray nozzle was broken so you had to try and hold it the whole time and in the 2'x2' showers was not easy to maneuver. When we arrived the 4 seats at the table and 2 at the bar area were set with plates, glasses, & silverware like there was going to be photos taken; which was a pain because we then have to move and put these all away for space. Not sure the benefit of setting this up like that. Final thing we discovered by accident is that they use the same door code for multiple apartments. We miss read the instructions to find our apartment and with the code we were given we walked into another occupied apartment. Hopefully they change this issue in the future. Otherwise overall it was a great stay. Enough room for us to manage and was nice that there were 2 fans and many operable windows to assist with the heat.

My review is solely of reccomandation not of complaint. The appartament is very cute and clean but very small with 4 trolleys and 4bag packs. It was very very hot even with two small cube floor fans so I really recommend an ac. The wash machine was great to have but you need a small rack to hang the clothes too. The metro is close to reach the important places like Eiffel Tower. There are several bakeries cafe closed by and restaurants.

This property ranks amongst the lowest I have ever stayed at. Super tiny (unlike in the pictures), high up on the fifth floor (which we were informed at the last minute) with no elevators, less than satisfactory housekeeping, unsatisfactory cooling and poor communication made it a pretty terrible experience. The only positive was the location but that is a small positive when you see all the negatives. Would never go back.

Nice location, 4th floor without elevator nit so nice, studio United Color too tight for 3 persons, kitchen satisactorily equipped, personnel responsive, communication good
