1. Originally was given a smoking room. Horrible smell. Had to change. 2. The room had no A/C; 3. The room had no fridge; 4. Beds were uncomfortable; 5. Vending machine was broken. Charged the credit card but didn't dispense anything; 6. Wasn't able to exchange EUR 10 bill for coins to use on a bus.

Staff should of notified me that to use the lights I need to use the key card. Took a minute to figure it out. It was small but doable for a nights sleep. There was towels and the beds were ok.. just no shower curtain. Free parking is a plus .. Jean checked us in and he was nice.

The hotel eas nice and clean...enjoyed my stay very close to the metro and out of the Paris city limits wish there were more restaurants near by. Will Definately be recommending to my friends

Was a good hotel for one night, cheap one and perfect location from CDG

I hope you never experience such awful service in the beginning your trip to Europe. I booked this hotel for my friend and I. Both flew to Paris through different airlines, but arriving at the same time. Unfortunately, I missed my connecting flight in Iceland and had to wait one whole day to get on a second plane. I immediately contacted the hotel via email explaining the situation, and Laura responded. Laura said, “Dear Sir, We will let you friend sleep even if you are not there.” However, this did not help my friend or I. My friend was alone and did not have phone service. She found Wi-Fi and contacted me because she thought I gave her the wrong address of the hotel. As she arrives the Hotel she gives receptionist my name (account holder) and is told my reservation cannot be found. The receptionist did not allow her to stay without her paying an extra one hundred Euros for two nights. After this happens I email Laura again. “Did your friend told your name ? Does she ask for you booking ? I don’t understand what happened, I’ll check with my collegue from yesterday and ask what happened,” responds Laura. My friend paid for two nights since she was told my reservation was not appearing in the system, but I had every form of prove of a confirmed reservation. January 11, I arrive and tell the receptionist, Jeremiah my name and he did not ask any further question! My reservation was READY under my name. This made very frustrated. Because my friend paid cash and I asked for h
