Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

Room was large and restaurant served excellent food.

Other than the prices for food and drink being expectedly high, I was very disappointed with the hotel shuttle service. There was no organization so people just gathered in a throng to wait for the shuttle and it didn't matter how long you had been waiting you had to jockey for a spot on the bus. There were not enough spots so we decided to just take a taxi to the airport. Additionally they said the shuttles ran every 15 minutes but we waited there for 25 before we decided to take a taxi. Other than that the hotel was wonderful, and the staff was very attentive if not a little aloof. It was a great value for what I paid overall.

Great hotel. Disappointed that the lights went out and there was no hot water to shower with

Great bed, room, facilities (wifi complimentary for a one time deal), clean. A slight problem: furniture was ok but needs to be renewed or repaired (one drawer didn't work well on a dresser).

We were dropping off a car and catching a flight to North America the next day so the location and shuttle to CDG were very convenient. The standard of performance matches the Hilton operating guidelines so the place is very comfortable. The downside is that you are trapped there and the prices for food & beverage is high and I find it really annoying in this day and age that any hotel would charge for WiFi let alone 25 euros a day!

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. We had three somewhat loud kids, which felt kind of out of place there. But we got a suite with connected rooms for a great price and it gave them the room they needed. The food in the morning was excellent. Staff were friendly. The water in the shower had fluctuating temperatures, so that sucked. And the shuttle was too small for the number of people that needed to get to the airport.

Everything is nice. It is much high than my expectations. I am very happy to stay here.

Great hotell and location. Did not like that I had reserved and paid 3 months in advance fot a two-bed room and was informed on checkin that a large group still in the lobby had just got the last twin rooms. The nice lady at the front desk did give us a large room with free access to wifi. The little bed they rolled into the room as a second bed was almost unusable. My teenage son ended up sleeping with me in the king size bed. One beer and one Sprite cost me about 20 Euros. Breakfast for two was 52 Euros but I had already included that in the reservation. Breakfast was very good and the hotell is beautiful. This was my 4th stay here in as many years. Directly located outside terminal 3 and bus stop for transportation to town. Taxi from the Eifel tower back to the hotel cost 55 Euros and two bustickets from the hotell to the town cost 23 Euros. Shuttlebus took us to the airport check in on departure day. The shuttle leaves 15 minutes past every hour. The lady at the checkout counter was as nice as the one that checked us in and I am sure I will be back next year. Price changes a lot. the last 3 stays cost me 170-360-190 Euros

Very nice room and accommodations. Nice hotel at a good price, until you want to eat or use the Internet. Ridiculously overpriced restaurant and bar and $25 a day for Internet access. Our $100 room was $200 after eating dinner (two people without drinks) and getting online.

Comfortable room, great breakfast. Desk staff could have been more friendly. The staff who arranged for the taxi was very helpful. The van driver was very helpful.

Nice, clean airport but see no reason to stay here other than catching a flight or attending a conference.

Loved the location close to CDG - very easy access and friendly staff.

Nice place to stay amid the crazy happenings in Paris on 11/13... safe trip to airport on the morning of 11/14 after a night of terror in Paris. Slept well in a big bed, avoided the sand on the sheets however, not something normally found in a bed.

The Hotel was rather unclean. The staff were not the friendliest. Admittedly we were at the hotel for only about 8 hours during a layover. There was trash and food in the hallway in front of our door when we arrived.

I did not use the WiFi or other amenities, but there is no option of Does not apply. The staff was helpful but I required so little of them that I cannot give them the highest rating. I was more than satisfied with my short stay.

Hotel was up to hilton standard....We dined at the in house skylight restaurant for dinner, considering the prices and being in france the steak n fries where more comparible to what you get at Dennys for a third the cost. I love good food and this was not it

Not worth the name and the price. We were 3 adults in the room but got only one small shampoo and bath foam. The employee who brought in the third bad didn't say a word and just left it there. And, to top all of this, I was charged for a dinner that I never had: I am still disputing this unbelievable mistake.

Stayed here one night before an early morning flight. The staff was polite but not very helpful. The location was great. The food was okay. Would stay here again if I have an early morning flight.

Very pleasant stay. Very good staff, especially Sonia at the reception. Got an upgrade and the room was fantastic. THe executive loung was also very good. The only downside was how to get to the hotel from Terminal 2.

Great front desk greeting. Pre-selected Honors Hilton room was still occupied at 6 pm arrival but was quickly remedied with upgrades room. Hotel dinning below expectation - food sub-par for Paris!
