Hotel location next the airport. It’s very easy to access to terminal. Room is comfortable and big. It little outdated but clean. We enjoyed our stay there.

Easily accessible by the CDG VAL (free airport electric metro) but you still have to walk quite a bit from the closest stop (Roissy Pole Terminal 3). It's ok with limited luggage and good weather but could be a hassle with small kids in tow or bad weather. The now terminated shuttle was door to door.

The location was perfect, the staff was very helpful, and i got my room upgraded! The only thing that could change is the fact that it should be ice available on each floor and at least add 1 microwave somewhere available. The room had chillers not refrigerators, but it did ok! The hotel is beautiful and we met friendly people there!

Horrible service! My airline canceled my flight and i called them more than a week before to cancel since this was on my way back and they refused to cancel and charged me in full. Orbitz called them and explained that Air France cancelled the flight due to strikes in CDG airport and still they declined the cancelation...This treatment of guests is not Hilton standards

It was difficult to finally discern where to meet the hotel shuttle. Upon departure, I was disappointed that the shuttle did not take us to the gates, but I only had one Shuttle drop off for the entire airport. That could be a problem for anyone with walking issues

There wasn’t one space open in the parking garage. Wasted 20 minutes finding a space.

We like the convinient location. Room is large and clean

The pool, Sauna wand gym were great! The fact that the airport train to take you terminals is less than a 10 minute walk away is super convenient. I like the Hilton yet this one is very old and worn down. We had no hot water in the room at night or in the morning. ai had to take a shower in the gym.

Our room was dirty. There were hairs on the towels, a stain on the sheets, and dirt on the bathroom floor. The bar area was nearly empty but it took a long time for us to be served. The food (snacks and breakfast) was only OK.

This property was clean and the staff was very friendly. Wonderful hot breakfast. I would definitely visit this property when I am in Paris again

They said our room was non smoking but had an ashtray and smelled of smoke. Reception was rude and dismissive. Room service never answered our call. Sleep in the airport.

Clean and fairly well appointed sterile environment. Staff was rude and lied several times about local places.

Air conditioning did not work needed to change rooms - breakfast was terrible

In regards to hotel’s shuttle, I really apologize for the inconvenience occurred to drop you at your preferred location, actually as per local CDG airport authorities, hotel’s shuttles should follow a strict route and can only pick up/ drop at designated areas structured by the airport’s officials otherwise shuttle bus can attract very high fines.
