Minuses: had to pay for internet; restaurant expensive and small choice; The bill had a tip section, which is not done in France, where tip is always included in the price of the meal or drinks. We brought a bottle of wine to drink in the room, but no ice bucket/cork screw/wine glasses provided. Shuttle to airport full, so had to wait for next one, which dropped us off at the RER train station. We figured it out finally, but CDG is always a challenge. It is easier if you don't have much luggage.

This hotel had a beautiful lobby. The room did not match the lobby or the price. 180 euros for our overnight stay was ridiculous or budget 8 room we got. Very outdated, furniture looked like it was warped and had water damage at the bottom by the wall. We were on the third floor. As far as comfortable bedding, we were comfortable so we did not complain. Staff was very friendly, but we would not spend the money to stay again.

Arrived one hour before check in and try to charge me 50 Euros. Internet was expensive and did t work, and there were not TV channels in another language than french

Just a walk from Airport Terminal 3, which was very, very nice for me since I did not have much luggage. I asked about a shuttle early in the morning because it was dark. Hotel did not offer other ways to get to airport; e.g., bus, taxi, or say there were none. Mini-frig was broken in my room. I was very tired, already in pj's, and wanted a coke. Receptionist said she would send 2 up to my room, but they never came. This was before dinner and bar did not look busy out my window and were not busy when I was there earlier, so not sure why drinks did not come. She did offer another room, but I was unpacked, in pj's, and tired; so I said I preferred the drinks be sent to my room rather than move. First stay before I went to Corsica was good; second stay when I returned to Paris was disappointing.

The shuttle service was not very accommodating during our arrival at approximately 10:45 PM. At terminal two Charles de Gaulle airport. After several calls, the night manager personally picked us up at approximately 11:40 PM. The business center only had one operating computer. During the daytime at approximately 2 PM, on a August weekend, the business center, hallways leading to the guest rooms, and lobby areas were quite warm. My estimate is that the temperature exceeded 25° C or 80° F. Perhaps it is too difficult to air condition such a wide open atrium area. Hotel staff very accommodating, and breakfast buffet was generous.

Everything was great except the restaurant, expensive and horrible food

Although basically a nice facility, maintenance is slipping. My bathroom had peeling paint and mold in the shower and the bathroom vent van was filthy with dirt and accumulated dust. The glass covered atrium had 2 cracked/shattered panes, at least one of which had been broken for quite a while as the cracks were filled with mold/dirt. Bed was comfortable and buffet breakfast was good as was room soundproofing to airport noise.

Hotel was overall OK, if not really luxurious. It would be better if the tiles in the bathroom were white rather than the mucky brown color they are, which can hide all kind of dirt. But the worst thing was that, unless you are an HH member, there is no access to free wifi in the room only in the lobby. Who else does that in this day and age?

We thought the hotel was nice, but there were two striking deficiencies the I want to note. One is that there were no moderately priced food choices in the restaurant. Be prepared to buy an expensive meal or nothing at all, and nothing nearby. Second, the hotel description says free Wi-Fi, but that's true only in the lobby. That was also disappointing.

Good hotel but beware it is a solid 10 minute shuttle ride to T2 or at least a 20 minute walk and tram ride from T2. If it's really hot or really cold or raining, and if you have lots of luggage, this is not the most convenient hotel. The Sheraton located inside T2 would be better located in that case.

Safe was broken, mini bar door was broken, pool out of service and I selected it for the pool. Restaurant was out of two menu items. Pros- clean and easy access via free airport train. Nice woman at reception desk too.
