Stayed for a night for flight transit, arrived late in the night, the check-in queue was long and slow with many guests arriving at the same time. Only 2 desks were open, and we stand in the queue for nearly 1 hour to finally check in. Room was okay size, bathroom was tiny.

The space shuttle bathroom was weird. The fire alarm going off and the emergency exit locked was a bit scary. The staff was fine. The restaurant was on site was not amazing. It was fine for a night and close to the airport.

Location to airport and shuttle are amazing. Room was clean. Check in was not good. Staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. Waited for over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the desk. Three employees were there and no one said anything. I was then called up and the employee walked away and went in the back. Have no idea why but she was gone for over 10 minutes. Could have needed to use the toilet. The other employees called others up and checked them in. When they were done, they didn’t call me down to check in but simply ignored me until the employee came back. I know this is petty but after 13 hours in the air and an hour getting from the plane to the hotel, I expected better. Would stay again but hospitality was lacking.
