No heat in our room and it's cold. Service is good. But again no heat in our room and it's cold.

The location is excellent with direct access to the air train for all terminals .

We liked the location. We had a fifteen hour layover. It was easy to catch the train to central Paris for a night on the town. Breakfast was good as well.

There was no box of tissues, and the room was too hot

The hotel is older, it renovations are taking place to update the lobby, ground floor area. We had to walk through hallways narrowed by walled off construction areas to reach reception. The room was serviceable for our one night stay. It’s convenient for an overnight stay to Charles de Gaulle airport, and the RER train is also steps away for a trip into Paris.

A) strange check in process with no proper signage or staffing B) no room service for such a large property. C) vending machines limited and charge more than you use D) bathrooms are the size of a bathroom on a boat E) HVAC in room did not turn on F) only one elevator functioning G) no air circulation even in hall on floor I could go on but these are the main issues. And forget about ANY food options if you come in after the hotels food options close for the evening. Overall the interior of the place is decent.

It was ok, nothing special, but it was only 2 star hotel

Vlean, friendly. Good breakfast. Quick check-in.

The bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain. Base board in bathroom was not attached to the wall. No coffee offered in rooms. There was a machine downstairs to get coffee for 1,50 a cup the night we arrived. The next morning it was gone and they charged 3,00 a cup.

Very expensive for what you gets , room small, slow elevator and high price

Very expensive for what is proposed. The lobby did not smell good and neither did the rooms, a huge line to check in (more than 25 minutes). Not a good experience.

It's a basic hotel, room was clean, adequate size, quiet, AC worked. I have stayed here before and it's convenient when you have an early morning flight out. However I had some inconveniences too. First they have only one printer which wasn't working so I couldn't print my boarding passes, we got there at 5pm and there was no place to get food until 7pm unless you wanted chips from the vending machine and in the morning the door that leads to the shuttle was locked so we had to walk all the way around the hotel. So even though it's an inexpensive hotel next time we will pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Right at CDG a terminal 3. A two minute walk to CDGVAL if you need to get to the other terminals. Restaurant food is varied and good. The room was great. Perfect for an overnight before an early flight out

Close to airport which was convenient because I had an early morning flight the next day

Most of the people working at check-in seem to really hate their jobs and are quite miserable, they also seem to act like they know everything, yet I was told 3 different times to take the wrong elevator to my room. In addition, they want you to physically go downstairs back to the check in counter to check out, seriously? who even does that anymore? There is no ice machine, or water in the room, but they sell small bottles in the lobby for 3.5Euros-- kind of a joke! The bartender was fantastic and the bar is very nice.

room comfort good - - - - sewer odor throughout main floor levels, including restaurants - - parking situation is too costly - - - no site maps available (not even a simple one pager) - - - airport is difficult to move about, as routs are confusing
