Great location for both Disney and train to downtown. Pool indoors is gross and needs some cleaning. Outside pool was not open due to time of year. Breakfast was very nice as well!

Great hotel

Receptionist very friendly at check in, nice and easy hotel lobby and corridor and room in lovely condition. Kids loved the bunk beds. Used outdoor and indoor pools. Both very cold but kids liked the slides indoors. Lovely grounds. Only disappointment was with breakfast, no pancakes/crepes or waffles which seems odd for a hotel catering to mainly Disney and children. They did however have lamb moussaka and curried sausages? Small pastries were nice and cereal. Staff in the buffet breakfast area seemed quite stressed. You are not allowed your bag into the dining area for ‘safety reasons’ which was very annoying after having packed our bags so we could go straight onto the buses into Disney we had to put back into the Rooms to eat then back to the room to collect. We stayed in the Disney Newport Bay last year which was tired and smelly in comparison so this was much better except for breakfast!

The outside look great, beautiful landscaping, I got to my room the carpet had wet spots and ceiling was leaking, my room was not clean, I call the recepción and had to wait over an hour to get another room by then it was after 9 pm. I was very hungry went Down to the restaurant it was after 10 pm and paid 50 Euros for a buffet to only find out they close at 10:30 pm. I was confused with the times, i was exausted and tired, yes i should have check but i feel that they should have told me that I only had 17 minutes to eat, so I only had enought time to get a tea. The food look es that it was there for a long time, I feel it was wrong for them to charge so much and not even have an oportunity to eat. I try to talk to the manager, it yook three days to get an answer “ there is nothing we can do” never got to see her in person . Also Hotel was filty with many areas with spots with blood.

Chair at Restaurant of the Dream Castle was stinky and duty.

This hotel caters mainly to business and events. It’s reasonable however with a family traveling abroad it was a challenge. Mostly closed an hour before parks close.

Good hotel with some room for improvement.

Hotel was good and staff very friendly and helpful. As expected drink and food prices bit over the top! Bar service very slow with only one person serving irrespective of number of people waiting! Vending machines poor value! Free bus to park good but it serves 4 large hotels and is totally overcrowded at times and for a period in the afternoon only runs once an hour. Had a room on the 5th floor which was spacious but bit noisy with the hotel air conditioning. Booked taxi to train station via reception and was told would cost 15 euros but driver wanted 20 for what is effectively a 5 minute journey. No meters therefore they seem to be able to charge what they like as had another quote for 30 euros!! Surely hotel can sort this rip off out given all the business they must provide?

This is most definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. Considering the quality of rooms, breakfast, plates/utensils, staff/services, I would give it 2.5 stars at the most. The cost is only due to “proximity” to Disney. Otherwise no one would pay this amount for this quality. Also, the frequency of shuttle to and from Disney is not as frequent as they say. The shuttle’s are shared by multiple hotels and are always too full. Also, our got keyed off in the parking lot overnight. So interpret what you may about the quality of guests as well. This place is a rip off.

This hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Now the negative, the shuttle bus back from Disney was a nightmare!!!! This shuttle goes to multiple hotels and there is a 1000 people coming out of Disney to take this bus back. It doesn’t come often enough and so 200 people try to smoosh into each bus. It was terrible. We just started taking an uber. The food is limited at the hotel and there is no food option near by. You can only go to the over priced buffet at night or order from the bar. We did not like the food at the dinner buffet. But like I said before, the hotel itself is very nice and our kids loved the indoor playground and indoor pool.

This was a literal dream castle. We went in the summer and were traveling from America. I loved the room and the view of the pool. We opened the window in the morning and could hear water and birds. It was so pleasant. The buffet was nice go early or you’ll be waiting for awhile. The dinner buffet was expensive. I liked it my wife felt like it was a pass. The shuttle came often. Was very crowded. But that’s to be expected. Overall I have no complaints and I would stay here again. It was truly lovely. Thank you for taking such good care of us. My only con I wish the outdoor pool was open later in the summer. It closes at 8.
