The hotel is clean and tidy. Very basic but perfect for what we needed it for. I personally wouldn’t recommend the food not great and for the price you pay you can get better quality/value for money else where.

The toilet in our room had lots of nasty looking stains on it inside its rim and there was a large coffee stain on the rug where the coffee pot is located. Hôtel and grounds clearly need updating.

This is at best a 2 star hotel. In no universe would this property be a 4 star hotel. The Ibis chain in which I have stayed quite a bit while working in Europe would be considered luxurious compared to this hotel. The property was tired/old and in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom needed more attention to detail in the cleaning department as there was mold/dirt around the inside edge of the toilet and in the grout of the shower. The carpet was stained in multiple places. We checked into room 1403 and half the lights were inoperative. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone. 20 minutes later, I called again and a different person answered and told me that they were aware of it and that they did not have the parts. They swapped rooms to 1416. We walked in and it was musty smelling as the A/C was off. We turned it on. When we returned later that night, the A/C was not working and we had to sleep with fans, due to no maintenance personnel on duty at the time and no other rooms available. Not a good night. The next day we returned and the A/C was working, but still had the musty smell. We tried switching rooms again, but the one we were shown had the A/C off when we looked at it, so we chose the safer bet of the previous room with A/C. The public areas (pool, locker room, bathrooms, etc.) were in disrepair. Hasbel at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. If it wasn’t for his assistance, it would have been a completely miserable stay.

Overall a good stay. The hotel looks to have been recently refurbished. The overall feel was really great and added a bit of Disney-esque magic with the lobby music. The shuttle bus service was fast and efficient- honestly, no reason to stay IN the Disney park when you have this option. The only reason for some lower stars was the service in the bar. The staff were really friendly but it was really slow, they forgot bits and they didn’t understand allergy needs. I also asked for a portion of chips for my 2yo but they told me they couldn’t do that as it wasn’t available on its own, 10mins later a French family were bought a single portion of fries. The breakfast was limited for gluten allergies also. The games rooms are cool and the pool is a good size- although a little cold. The rooms were nice and clean and a good size for a family. All in all, I would recommend. My kids loved it.

Very outdated and unclean rooms and not cleaned early in morning more in evening. Air con not working and fan in bathroom out of action. Hairdryer very low ppwer took hour to.dry hair.

Noisy, noisy, noisy. This has unfortunately very little to do with the staff rather than the rude people staying there. I do however think staff should make visitors aware of noise control and try to find a way to monitor.
