Had a great stay here for our trip to Disney, love the theme of the place and the rooms were tastefully decorated however the beds were possibly the worst we have ever slept in, terrible nights sleep the whole time we were there, and when you have a busy day at the parks you want a good nights rest. Aside from that the location is fab, restaurant good for breakfast and great they have character meet and greets in reception. Would stay here again if they upgrade the beds!!
Great value type resort. Great atmosphere and location to parks. Buffets in hotel had good variety of food. All cast members were very helpful. I like how this resort pays tribute to the Wild West. Would recommend.
Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were great, clean and a good size. The buffet was good considering how large it is and how many people are being catered for! I would definitely book when you check in or before as it gets very very busy, we usually eat between 6 and 7 as we had small children with us but very busy after that until 9ish! Disney characters in the reception each morning from 8.15 however if you have a magic pass and can get in the park early you may be better seeing them in there (we queued in the hotel for minnie one morning but one of party went to the park and said there was no queue for minnie there.) Definitely use the magic pass for early morning entry for crush's rollercoaster, average of 45min wait in the day but got straight on each morning before the park opens.
My Daughter and I took her 2 children, my gorgeous grandchildren for a surprise holiday, stayed Fri- Mon.Hotel was great, Toy Story themed room as grandson loves Toystory.Room was cleaned, beds made and towels changed daily. Hotel staff very helpful.Hotel 10 mins walk from Disney or shuttle bus got you there in 5 minutes. We had a standard meal plan which was great, all you could eat buffet, reservations a must as can get very busy.Character mornings every morning.On site shop had loads of souvenirs. Starbucks On site.Would definately stay here again
Hotel was just what it needed to be. Just 10 minutes walk from the park. Reception offered great customer service. Character mornings every day between 8-11 which saved queuing in the park. Starbucks on site which was handy. Would come back again
Joan place is nicely theme and decor great easy access to the parks but the things lets it down is the food which was never hot only Luke warm the times we ate there form morning or evening alway.but over all a great holiday
Stayed here as a solo traveller and first time visitor to DLP. In true Disney fashion, all of the cast members were welcoming and pleasant. I was greeted by the most wonderful cast member at the front desk, extremely helpful, friendly and really helped start my trip off on the right foot. The rooms were basic, but the decor was fun and enjoyable. Would happily stay here again!
Start off not one for reviews but felt we had to here we have been to Florida disney a few times and needless to say we thought they were the bees knees but definitely not the story In Paris! Start off reception is constantly receiving guests or people leaving so asking or speaking to reception is a nightmare for even simple things, we have a disabled son who has several conditions and sometimes struggles to walk so we have a special stroller. our room is situated quite a bit a away from reception so when first arriving with suitcases etc there is no help you have to carry it all to your room and there is no lifts in double blocks! Rooms are tiny which in Europe is standard compared to Florida etc No Fridge or even kettle?!! Folk with babies etc would struggle to heat bottles. Our son is also dairy intolerant so have to check everything for milk in it which is driving us crazy here as staff don't seem to understand only tell us that there is soya in the mornings?!! We have had to get the train into the mall to pick up some foods and yogurts etc bit of a pain really which we do have a leaflet explaining that they do accommodate for allergies.. The showers in room are temparamental And resulted in our son being scalded as it gets boiling hot from nowhere. The food in the restaurant is basic nothing to get excited about and charge 30 euros per adult as it buffet but choices are slim one drink included with meal plan which you are given a TIN of juice seems a bit strange for dinner.? To be honest there is nothing "Magical" about this place quite the opposite a lot of space to walk around etc but no simple play parks around for kids seen plenty of them hanging around bored. We never thought it would be like Orlando but didn't imagine it would be this bad having the Disney name to it they are miles apart in comparison which shouldn't be no matter the size as they still share the same logo. Customer service is very poor and not much English is spoken with info desks staff etc even though people have been coming for years. Sorry to say we wouldn't be back and definitely won't recommend Disney Paris to anyone
Stayed here for my birthday recently after looking at the hotel for a few years. On arrival the staff were welcoming and we were able to go to our room straight away which was good. On entering the room we noticed lots of bits on the floor, somebody had left tags and bits all on the cheylon which hadn't been cleaned properly. We decided to leave it as we could see the bed had been made and presumed some areas just hadn't been thoroughly cleaned/checked. We went into the park and came back in the late afternoon to find marks on the pillows and black hairs in the bed. I phoned housekeeping and they put the phone down on me. I then phoned reception who quickly gave us another room (a double room with two double beds Instead) this room was clean and comfortable. I love the theme of this hotel and the rooms are comfortable and fun to stay in. It is very basic no kettle or fridge which I think is a nescesatity when you are on holiday. If you are staying in the parks all day then this hotel would be ok but I would prefer a hotel with better amenities. We couldn't find a coffee machine that worked but there is a Starbucks and gift shop next to the reception. The shuttle bus is very efficient and it is a lovely walk to the parks. Reccomend if you want a basic hotel but we found breakfast chaotic with people pushing past and not waiting to be seated. The breakfast food was ok but not as good as in plaza gardens. There is also a shuttle bus we used to get back to the airport which is hourly and you pay the driver - this serves all the Disney hotels and is €23 euros pp - very efficient service.
Stayed at the Hotel Cheyenne, and after a long wait at check-in (1.25hrs) greeted by a friendly girl who explained everything. Realise this was only the start of the queues at Disneyland though! But worth all the waiting as brilliant experience & memories. Room clean, comfy, enough space for a family & good decor with Woody there. Good facilities on site & staff all friendly & helpful VERY Sad we left our toy bedtime rabbit there & staff have been ‘unable to find it’. Disappointed not in lost property. If anyone stayed in 1175 from 19/4 would love to hear from you
