This was a great setup for our family. We stayed for two nights for our day at Disney before moving into the city for our next two nights in Paris. If we had known how convenient it was to the train, we would have stayed here the whole time.

Very clean establishment. Staff was friendly and accommodating when dealing with late check-in. They very promptly replied to emails. The location was close to the train which made it easy to get around.

This was a great stay.. It's was a 4 minute walk to the Mall, Starbucks, and train station.. It's a very new and clean community.. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about the facility and surrounding areas; they even spoke English.. The facility also had a laundry service for 8 euros..

My daughter and I stayed here and walked back and forth to Disneyland (about 20 minutes). It was amazingly convenient to have a mini kitchen and restaurants close by. They held our bags on the day we checked out and didn't charge us a fee to do so. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a bit difficult to find as we arrived after dark and oddly, the main entrance is in near total darkness and there are no lite signs to indicate the hotel building or entrance. Reception/front desk staff were great to deal with.

Overall, we enjoyed our 1 night stay here. Pros: Walking distance to Disneyland Paris. Parking available for a supplement. Close to large shopping centres and transport. Clean. Good shower. Kitchen of good standard including kettle. Staff spoke English and were helpful and polite. Sufficient plug sockets. Blackout shutters on windows. Air conditioning. Areas for improvement: Only one bedside table awkward for a couple. States an iron and ironing board available on request however, when we asked we were told they were unable to provide one until the next day. One of the "pillows" on the bed was actually a rectangular cushion (for a sofa) and was uncomfortable to sleep on. Mattress very hard.

Summary: Property is okay. Ensure to check in when reception is manned i.e. before 6pm. Very difficult to check in otherwise and we only managed it due to luck! Buy supplies including washing up stuff, glasses and coffee etc. We are a family of 5 (3 young kids). Positives: really close to Disney - 5 min drive. Good supermarket under the building. Great bakery and pizzeria. We didn’t try the brasserie over the road but it looked good. Clean property. Lots of towels. Laundry service really good value and fast. Pool looked lovely but we didn’t manage to test it. Not so positive: frustrating check in process as we arrived after hours. Telephone not manned and staff cannot speak English which was problematic in the circumstances as we couldn’t work out for a very long period how to get in and also where the parking was. Nowhere to park easily and unload luggage. Our apartment had a leak from the air conditioning which we saw as soon as we came in (after 10pm). There was no way to contact anybody so I managed to find a lady downstairs who came up and cleaned so that was lucky as there were no cloths or any other way to wipe up (save the bath towels!!) The main blackout blind didn’t work - not good. No kitchen roll or washing up utensils provided. Only two bowls and cups and glasses provided (property for 6 people). there is a coffee machine but no coffee.
