Location is magnificent. The hotel could use a renovation, but despite being a bit old, it is a clean hotel and it smells good.

Proximity to Disneyland parks. Very expensive. Value/price ratio not good enough

Clean public Toilets & ease of getting into the park

The hotel was closer to the park than what I thought. The hotel & property were positively gorgeous! The hair dryer in our room needs much more power to be useful.

The access to Disneyland Park is the best feature. The hotel is located directly above the entrance gates. My 9 year old commented about how great it was to stay so close to the parks.

Fantastic hotel and staff. Best room with a view . Highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I were backpacking around Europe on our honeymoon. It was our first time in Europe, and we LOVE Disneyland. We thought we'd splurge and stay at the Disney Paris Hotel. The location cannot be beat: it is at the park entrance and makes for a wonderful start and end of the day when you can just relax as soon as you're done with the parks. Shockingly: the room wasn't as clean as I would think it would be: for Disney standards, and for the price you pay. We had to call for service for the toilet to be re-cleaned, and I noticed dust on the night stand tables. =/ At the breakfast buffet, the plates/dishes aren't completely clean. I know Europe doesn't use as much water in general as US Americans do, but....there were food particles on a lot of the dishes that the dishwasher just didn't rinse off well enough. Otherwise: the breakfast buffet food was a grand spread of eggs, potatoes, breads/pastries, cereals, deli meats, fruit, juices/coffee. We also had room service, and that was really good, and worth it comparing other Disney eatery prices. The service from all the people we interacted with was great. Typical Disney standard.

The door locker broken, the check in time long, the room is small

Wonderful hotel with fabulous service. Beautifully decorated for Christmas during our stay.

Awesome family vacation. Loved this hotel !! Great location to walk to both parks and down town Disney Paris shopping area. Minutes walk to the train station to catch the train to the airport. Everyone spoke English, we didn't need to know French. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and had a large selection of food. The piano lounge had really good food. Pool and spa tub was nice. The only negative was people would stand outside the doors smoking. Coming from Canada where everywhere is smoke free and Disney World Florida has designated smoking areas, I didn't realize how far behind Disney Paris is to North America. I was surprised that smoking is allowed every where for a kid friendly/ family park. To go in and out of the hotel I had to walk through a cloud of smoke in the door way. I would stay here again.

The hotel was poorly run and most staff were clueless. We found a bug in our room and no one seemed to care.
