Stayed here with my husband & children for a holiday to experience Disneyland. The hotel is very clean, well equipped & has a nice layout for a family room. We found the hotel a bit of a walk from the shopping centre that had many places to eat within it. However the hotel was directly opposite the train station which was one stop from Disneyland. We found that the train station being conveniently situated beside our hotel was excellent when coming home late from the fireworks show we had no queue to get on the train & a 2 minute walk off the train back to the hotel. We would stay here again & recommend to friends & family.

We stayed here as a base to Disneyland Paris without a doubt excellent in every way. First of all ideal location a 2 minutes walk to the station and 1 stop to Disneyland Paris. Apartment was very Clean and came with everything you need. Staff were very good and very informative. Nothing was any trouble. We will be back.

Highly recommend this aparthotel. We were 2 adults, 2 kids and to be honest, for €110 per night, weren't expecting such a nice place. Looks brand new. We had a quiet, large, spotlessly clean 1 bed apartment, king size bed in the bedroom and large double sofa bed in the lounge. Lovely to have a relaxing bath after a day in the parks. Great wifi too. I had read rooms were only cleaned on departure, but this wasn't the case. They were done every day, towels changed etc. It was brilliant having the fridge. We went to the Auchan shopping centre (10 min walk) and stocked up on drinks, snacks, etc, saving ourselves a fortune. A small water or soft drink was 3 or 4 euro in Disney. Nice to have a cold beer or wine in the fridge when we got back too! The RER train to Disney was literally across the road and we never waited more than 5/10 mins and it only took 2 mins. The exit leaves you a lot closer to the park than the Disney hotel shuttle buses, so we were back in our apartment, while we would have been queing to get on the bus to an onsite Disney hotel! Tickets are 1.90, kids 10 and under are half price. Buy a carnet of 10 of each, it works out cheaper. Train straight to Paris from there too, took about 40 mins to the Eiffel Tower (change onto the Metro at Charles de Gaulle Etoile stop). It cost about €50 for a day pass for us all (Mobilis). You're only 10 mins walk from the fabulous shopping centre and there are lovely restaurants in the streets outside, proper French food for reasonable prices, think steak frites, salad, wine, water, soft drinks and icecream for the kids for the price of 2 takeaway burgers and chips in Disney, that you would have had to stand in a queue for ages for. We ate twice in the French brasserie on your right as your facing the shopping centre. There's a gorgeous bakery across the street from the Residhome. Really lovely staff and very very reasonable with beautiful pastries which we had for breakfast and yummy baguettes which we made up to bring into the parks for lunch. This not only saved cash, but also time queing as the French fast food is anything but. Really cannot recommend this place enough and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else now. We've already booked our next stay for September (worked out cheapest both times through Travel Republic).

A lovely hotel with nice sized rooms. Very very close to Disney due to the TGV line would highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. The interior is very nice. The reception could have been frendlier but I guess that was the language barrier. The surrounding area is very quiet so this is really only for if you're going to Disney BUT there is a HUGE shopping centre which would definitely pass a few days. All in all much nicer than expected

It was our 7th trip to Serris/Montvrain in almost as many hotels from 2 stars to 4.5 and we were expecting for the worse as it was around 200 a night for the hotels we generally go and this one was available for only 110. I must say that this was the perfect place. We found that for the first time the crib for our 1yr old was in the room and ready to use, the wifi signal was great throughout the hotel, the parking was cheap and the hotel room was slightly below the three 4 stars we have been in the area but costing 45% less it was definitely a sacrifice I am willing to do. Total no brainer and definitely best deal in town we found so far. Will always prioritize this hotel over all others.

Stayed for 4 nights and used this as our base for disney. Located about 20 min walk from disney and 5 min from Val d europe mall this is an ideal location. Arrived earlier than ecpected and room was ready. It wax a goid sized room with all the things that you would need.

We stayed here 3 generations in 2 studios for our trip to Disneyland and Paris. Ideally situated for both. This is our second stay at this aparthotel. We were greeted by pleasant staff and although we had booked separately they found us 2 adjacent rooms. The rooms are well soundproofed. I didn't hear my grandchildren once through the walls which is a miracle. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. Toiletries, dish washing equipment and a drinks starter pack awaited us. The train to Disney and Paris is a few steps away. €1.90 to Disney and around €8 into Paris. Trains run about every 8-10 minutes and only take a few minutes to reach Disney and around 40 minutes into Paris. Buy 10 tickets and save 20%.We did not find the restaurants in the area very good but there is a massive supermarket catering for your every need which is where the kitchen in the room comes in handy. There is also a sandwich bar at the station which is very good and reasonably priced. The hotel is perfectly positioned and away from all the madness at the end of the day to just unwind. I would stay here again should I return to the area.

Lovely stay here while going to Disney land . Only 1 stop on train service and hotel less than 5 minutes from station. Also near a fantastic shopping centre and plenty lovely places to eat. Stayed here with my 13 year old daughter , we both loved the hotel and area so much and glad I stayed here instead of on the Disney resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful , we already planning our next trip to here.

Recently stayed here Thursday - Sunday for a short trip to Disneyland and the center of Paris. The apartments were located 2 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes (if that) from Disneyland Paris at a cost of 1.80 euros per person. Roughly 30-40 minutes from the center of Paris also at a rate of roughly 7-8 euros per person. The apartment itself was lovely and modern looking, the staff that we interacted with were also friendly and helpful. The only reason for a 4 and not 5 star review is that during the night the hallways could be very noisy but that was due to one family and the noise was not constant. This would not put me off staying here again and recommending it to others. We never tried the food in the hotel so can't comment on that.

So we booked our trip through groupon for cheap enough so wasn't expecting a lot! The deal was great flights hotel and park tickets! This hotel is perfect if you're going to the park but that's it really... Advertised for all this things they apparently had like a gym etc and the bar to be open from 4-12:30 yet when we went to order drinks over room service we were rudely told the bar was closed for two days out of the 7 and there was nothing we could do about it. He even told me he was being rude cause how else would I understand? What kind of crap is that, I know the French are blunt but Jesus where's the customer service? We ended up going across the road to a nearby hotel who happily sold us a bottle of wine even gave us a paper bag so they wouldn't know it was a bottle of wine! We got a double bed and a couch bed...the sheets on the couch bed were stained, asked for new ones the next morning but nothing was done! Night porter was also very rude, when you come in late you've to put your key card in and the door opens but it didn't and when we buzzed in he said you're making my job hard! He was sitting down hitting a button to let us in? How is that hard!!!! When I return to Paris it won't be to this hotel!!
