Stayed for 4 nights and used this as our base for disney. Located about 20 min walk from disney and 5 min from Val d europe mall this is an ideal location. Arrived earlier than ecpected and room was ready. It wax a goid sized room with all the things that you would need.
We stayed here 3 generations in 2 studios for our trip to Disneyland and Paris. Ideally situated for both. This is our second stay at this aparthotel. We were greeted by pleasant staff and although we had booked separately they found us 2 adjacent rooms. The rooms are well soundproofed. I didn't hear my grandchildren once through the walls which is a miracle. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. Toiletries, dish washing equipment and a drinks starter pack awaited us. The train to Disney and Paris is a few steps away. €1.90 to Disney and around €8 into Paris. Trains run about every 8-10 minutes and only take a few minutes to reach Disney and around 40 minutes into Paris. Buy 10 tickets and save 20%.We did not find the restaurants in the area very good but there is a massive supermarket catering for your every need which is where the kitchen in the room comes in handy. There is also a sandwich bar at the station which is very good and reasonably priced. The hotel is perfectly positioned and away from all the madness at the end of the day to just unwind. I would stay here again should I return to the area.
Lovely stay here while going to Disney land . Only 1 stop on train service and hotel less than 5 minutes from station. Also near a fantastic shopping centre and plenty lovely places to eat. Stayed here with my 13 year old daughter , we both loved the hotel and area so much and glad I stayed here instead of on the Disney resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful , we already planning our next trip to here.
Recently stayed here Thursday - Sunday for a short trip to Disneyland and the center of Paris. The apartments were located 2 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes (if that) from Disneyland Paris at a cost of 1.80 euros per person. Roughly 30-40 minutes from the center of Paris also at a rate of roughly 7-8 euros per person. The apartment itself was lovely and modern looking, the staff that we interacted with were also friendly and helpful. The only reason for a 4 and not 5 star review is that during the night the hallways could be very noisy but that was due to one family and the noise was not constant. This would not put me off staying here again and recommending it to others. We never tried the food in the hotel so can't comment on that.
So we booked our trip through groupon for cheap enough so wasn't expecting a lot! The deal was great flights hotel and park tickets! This hotel is perfect if you're going to the park but that's it really... Advertised for all this things they apparently had like a gym etc and the bar to be open from 4-12:30 yet when we went to order drinks over room service we were rudely told the bar was closed for two days out of the 7 and there was nothing we could do about it. He even told me he was being rude cause how else would I understand? What kind of crap is that, I know the French are blunt but Jesus where's the customer service? We ended up going across the road to a nearby hotel who happily sold us a bottle of wine even gave us a paper bag so they wouldn't know it was a bottle of wine! We got a double bed and a couch bed...the sheets on the couch bed were stained, asked for new ones the next morning but nothing was done! Night porter was also very rude, when you come in late you've to put your key card in and the door opens but it didn't and when we buzzed in he said you're making my job hard! He was sitting down hitting a button to let us in? How is that hard!!!! When I return to Paris it won't be to this hotel!!
Myself and one of my friends stayed here for three nights. The location is excellent if your headed to Disneyland like we were as it is only one stop on the train which is right across the road. The room we got was tiny but we were not too bothered about it as we were not planning on being in the room all of the time. It is advertised as having lots of facilities but i did not see and was not told about them during my visit so who knows if they are even there! The staff...some are grand others are quite questionable. The barman working during my stay never seemed to be behind the bar. And multiple receptionists are very rude. On our last night we rang reception for drinks to be brought to the room and were told rudely that the bar wasn't open two days a week sometimes(nowhere does it say this and we were not told when checking in). The room was clean but we had asked for new sheets (i would have changed them myself) but we never received any. All in all i would not come back here if i was returning to the area.
very nice and friendly area with one of the biggest shopping centres and outlet in Paris, large choices of restaurants and close to disney land. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it!
We (my wife, my daugther and myself) just spent a two nights weekend in Aparthotel Val d'Europe and we are very pleased about our stay. Everything was perfect: location, room facilities (very comfortable bed, well equiped kitchen, tv in each room, very clean rooms and soundproofed). Roxana at the front desk, very efficient while checking in and out, very helpfull and always with a big smile. Maybe her colleagues Catherina from the front desk and Maxime from the restaurant would take her example and learn some god manners; it's all in their interrest. Being welcoming and treating customers with respect costs nothing.
We stayed here for 24 nights whilst working on the area. This hotel does have an underground car park but they do charge, they did discount us to €3 a day. There is a height restriction so look out if you have a roof box. First impression was good and check in was pretty swift. The lobby area was clean and bright. All the rooms have a kitchenette with basic cooking equipment. My room 417 was a good size with a comfortable bed and a spectate shower and bath. The hotel breakfast wasn't bad with all the usual European fair. But maybe a little expensive at €16 (we were given a discount and got it for £13) Hotel wifi was down for a week or so but they did get it fixed and when working was a good speed at around 10mb The location is very good for Disney land as the train station is a minute walk across the road. It's one stop and very quick. €1.90 will get you there. Also the Disney village is open until late at night at has restaurants and shops. There is no charge to enter the village. Also the Val d'europe shopping centre is a 5min walk away. Loads of shops and restaurants and a massive supermarket. Food and drinks are pretty pricey. Overall it was a good stay and the staff were good. Pascale was a nice chap and very helpful.
Booked the Residhome for the last week of march 2017. Could not have picked a better hotel for our Disney (and Paris) adventure. It was just me and my 10 year old daughter so I cannot stress enough that this is and easy and convenient hotel to get to from the airport with bags. We got into CDG Airport and had booked our Bullet TGV tickets ahead of time. It took a little wondering around but after finding the correct terminal and train area we converted our reservations into tickets at the TGV station and got to the train. The trip took 10 minutes tops. We got off the train and were sitting right in front of the Disneyland parks! To get to the hotel you have to transfer to the RER lines which is a short two minute walk. You must get a ticket at the RER for the next stop. the trains run alll the time so you will not wait long. If you board on the closest trains to the platform you will get off at the far end of the Val D Europe station.Up the stairs and you are right in front of the hotel. You need to get buzzed in when you arrive. The buzzer is on the wall next to the doors. The chip key operates the doors when you have been checked in. The Lobby is clean and nice. The resturant and bar are right off the lobby if you are having the breakfast at the hotel (may be included or not depending on your reservation). Check in was quick and easy. Make sure you get a second key for the room even if you really only need one for the power. When you check in they will give you a code for the elevators. This will let you get to your room. The lights on the floors are on motion detectors so it may be dark until you step out of the elevator. The rooms are great. We had a studio that was set up as a 1 bedroom. There was a sliding door that seperated the living room area from the bedroom. The rooms are modern, clean and well appointed. As you walk in the bathroom with bath and shower, and a seperate toilet (no boudet) are on your right. a short hall takes you to the kitchen and living area. off of the living area there is a small balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cleaning supplies and towels. The kitchen has a small stove and refrigerator and here is where the second key comes in. When you enter the room a small panel is on the wall on your left. You must place your room key in the outlet to turn on the electrical power in the room. If you do not have a second key and leave with your room key -- prepare to have warm items in the fridge when you get back. We had a small courtyard that overlooked the back grounds. It was nice to sit out and have a cup of coffee, The location of the hotel cannot be better, It takes five minutes to walk over to the train station, five minutes to get to the park. Right in front. Also you can take the train to Paris and see the sights. it is quick and easy to get around. Please be aware when going into the city that you will have to transfer and the stations take a little getting use to but once you get your travel legs it is an easy city to get around. A great place to stay when visiting Paris, Disneyland Paris.
