Good location, walking distance to the train station and the shopping center. Poor job on maintenance of room. You can clearly see signs of aging. For example, bath tub stopper not working. Discoloration of grout in the shower. For a luxury spa hotel, they did not provide body lotion or hair conditioner. The products provided were cheap and dried out my skin. The microwave was really dirty, no one cleaned it. Bottom line, overrated, not up to 4 stars standard.
Great location but the jr suite wasn’t worth what I paid. You’re paying more for the location close to Disney than an extravagant room.
We only booked this hotel for one night before moving to another hotel closer to downtown, but we wish we booked this for our entire stay. Great hotel with spa and indoor pool. The spa services were not cheap, but reasonably priced for hotel spa services. Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, large spacious bathrooms. Nice neighborhood, felt safe even at night. Short 5 minute walk from RER station so it's convenient to Disney, TGV station and downtown Paris (35 minute train ride). Nearby restaurants and a shopping mall with grocery store. Small kitchenette with cooktop and microwave.
Well we had high expectations with this being a new hotel that it would be a very updated hotel. We were disappointed to learn that it was built on the cheap. The rooms were small, the views were blocked by trees, the staff tried to be helpful but for the most part seemed confused or frustrated dealing with all the issues of the hotel. Our biggest complaint is that it was advertised as having wi-fi, and main reason we chose it, the wi-fi was a joke barely worked. Also the cleaning staff did not leave many things behind, like towels, toilet paper, and never refilled coffee for makers. The hotel ac also did not work. The only positive note was that the use of the spa, pool area and gym came with rates, and that part of the hotel was wonderful.
We stayed here after a long stay in Paris then we were off to Disnyland. Plain SMALL room. Not a 3 star but nothing special.
The morning of checkout they would not give a late check out to 12.00. and were not willing to talk about it. Also, when a taxi they ordered was really really late (and it was already midnight), i got another taxi. But they actually made me still pay for the first one. In rooms the wireless does not work strong enough to actually use.
