Very convient and easilly walkable to both Dosneyland Parks

I liked that it was walking distance to Disneyland Paris, pretty much everyone spoke English which was nice because I was worried about a language barrier. Would definitely stay here again!

Worst check in experience in the world! Too much to complete when all was provided at time of reservation

Check in was excellent. Only complaint was the room was cold. Also doors to hotel building we stayed in were not locked.

nice hotel property and proximity to the parks, but beds are uncomfortable.

It's inexpensive, but is pretty worn from what I saw. It needs new carpets. There was no air conditioning which I could see being a major problem in heat waves during the summer. The window does not open much. There was also no elevator in the building that I was in. The plus side is that you get into the parks early when staying here.

I simply could not believe this was Disney. It was so dirty and so cheap looking. The beds were hard as wood and there was nothing Disney about it. I understand I cant expect what Im used to but I left in shock.

Staff was great and room was a great value. Comparable to the All Star resorts in the States

Despite lacking the usual joyful décor of a Disney Hotel, the Sante Fe was very nice, and the staff was excellent. Many spoke a variety of languages, and they all spoke English. The Disney Bus was always on time, and it was only an 8 minute ride directly to, and from, the Parks. My main dislike was the absence of a food court, or any available food except for the $32 pp buffet. We instead went to the Disney Village every night, after leaving the Park, and ate there before getting back onto the hotel bus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget. It was good for my two little grandchildren since the lobby , shops, and breakfast were all within walking distance of the room.
