Great apartments in a great location, 5-10 mins by shuttle bus from Disney, next door to huge shopping centre with a massive supermarket and a huge variety of shops, including H & M, Primark, Zara, Mango, etc. We had the best of both worlds, as could spend time at Disney and if you wanted to get away from the whole Disney thing you could spend the evening shopping and eating/drinking in the nearby shopping centre. Apartments were very well furnished, with dishwasher, hairdryer, all kitchen utensils you could need, the sofa bed was a large double bed. We were very impressed with the standard for the low price that we paid. We went from 2nd to 6th Jan and the Christmas atmosphere was everywhere, the hotel still very well decorated for Xmas - it really made you forget about dull and dreary January! Will definitely stay there again when visiting Disney.

Stayed here for 5 nights whilst visiting Disneyland Paris. It was a bit confusing once at the station of how to the hotel via a bus and you have to go through park security to get to the bus stop but not times what the bus is so walked it to the hotel which was easy to find and about 20 mins from the park. Checked in quickly and a basic room but had everything needed and warm and comfortable. Once we was provided with a bus timetable it was easy to get back and forth from the parks but later in the evening the bus got really crowded as 3 hotels use the same bus.. however it was good value for money and close to the parks and on the doorstep of a massive shopping centre where there is some big end shops and a massive supermarket and I would stay here again when next visiting Disneyland Paris

Stayed here five years ago and again last week. Both times in a 1 bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 3 kids. Rooms have been redecorated and refurnished in the interim. Apartment clean and quite comfortable. Heating and shower easily regulated. Towels and shower gel provided. Didn't use the kitchen facilities this time, but looked fine. One thing - no mugs! I'm sure we could have got some from the breakfast room, but I just used a bowl for coffee in the French style. This time we did the hotel breakfast which we all enjoyed. All staff friendly. In all, nothing to complain about, and the free shuttle bus to/from Disney was reliable and very much appreciated.

The apartment was basic, but adequately equipped. Nice to have a bit of space especially with teans. Nice and close to shops and Disney park. Would recommend. The only downside was the very noisey people up and down corridors late at night!.. perhaps a few curtosy signs like Travelodge might help!!

Having been to Disneyland Paris 3 times before we had experienced 3 different Disney hotels. Our daughter is 17 now so figured we didn’t need to pay more for the characters etc, however, I would definitely recommend staying at one of the main hotels, unless you are looking for a simple stay. Our room had two sofas which doubled into beds. One was a single and the other had a pull out bed that made another two singles. Not what we were expecting. There was also a bunk bed which my daughter and her boyfriend used. I found the room cold as the heaters didn’t work but I feel the cold anyway. The bathroom was clean but was tired. The shower head wouldn’t stay in place until we tied it with a shoelace. There was also mould but not offensive. On New Year’s day there was no hot water which apparently wasn’t just our room but it was fixed by the evening. The location of the hotel is further than the main hotels. About a 25 minute walk compared to 10/15 minutes for the others. Buses run every 15 minutes or half hour. Timetables are available. They were always on time and reliable. Breakfast was good with the normal French style food. Croissants, ham, cheese, cereal, scrambled egg, coffee, juices etc. In short, if you want the full Disney experience, pay the extra to be closer to the park. I wouldn’t rush back to this hotel but it did the job. We were so tired, the beds were well needed.

We stayed for 5 nights, in a 2 bed, family apartment on 2 levels, booked via Disney holidays. The Disney website claims that this place had been “fully renovated in 2014” but I honestly think that this probably meant that the walls had been painted as everything else looked as if it hadn’t been touched since the hotel was built. The apartment was really worn and smelly, we couldn’t use the downstairs toilet/shower room as it smelt so awful, we had to keep the door closed for the duration, otherwise the whole place stank of drains. There was mould on ceiling, around window frames, and bathroom tiles. The carpets were badly stained, kitchen utensils and equipment shockingly shabby bordering on disgusting so the whole self catering thing was pointless. One of the duvets in the single beds had been put on the bed with no duvet cover, just a sheet over the dirty uncovered duvet!! Wall lights in the the lounge area were coming out of the wall with wired showing, and light not working. Half if the lights around the apartment didn’t work in fact. The windows/door leading from bedrooms onto a filthy terrace were both unlocked with no key in sight to lock them,so not great with 2 young kids, my husband and I ended up sleeping in separate rooms with 1 child each to be safe! We appreciate that this was a budget accommodation but budget shouldn’t mean so awful, and lets not forget that budget at Eurodisney is still not cheap! For us, being self catering was the deciding factor, but the hotel/apartment is really not the sort of setting you’d want to eat in so we spent as little time as possible there! The only plus point is that it is only a 5 min drive to Eurodisney, so if you don’t mind staying somewhere smelly, shabby and dirty then it is a great location!!

The hotel definetly needs updates. We came into a stinky room, we opened the windows but the smell stayed until we figured out that the sink is leaking and instead of fixing it they just put a bucket underneath. The windows were moldy and mold in the grout in the shower. The holder for the showerhead barely was hanging on the wall. The sink in the kitchen was lose. There is the bare minimum. We had 1 toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. You get 1 coffee maker, pot and a pan, silverware, plates, bowls and cups, towels and 1 dish towel. The rest you have to bring. Goid thing 20 minutes walk to the park and free shuttle bus every hour to the park.

Stopped in a very tired small 1 bed apt. 2 adults 3 kids age 12,11,9 1 double bed 2 single sofas and a pull out, ok for kids this age but not sure it would suit older as very little privacy. We only used apt as a base spent very little time in it. Used the pool water was warm. Restaurants and large shopping centre in the door step. Free shuttle to the parks across the road. Like I said 4 for location. Watch for the hotel taking double payments. Our room was paid for before we arrived and then they took payment again. Spoke to reception to return our money as yet we are still waiting! Was told 3-5 days but as it’s Christmas I doubt that will happen.

Ignore the naysayers, this hotel is perfect for the larger family that doesn’t match the “perfect Disney family of 4 or less.” After reading reviews on here I was expecting a dank, grotty hovel that I would need to bleach within an inch of its life to sleep in it. I was pleasantly surprised. What greeted me was a beautiful reception area, friendly staff and a well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment only 6 minutes drive from Disney. The pros 6 minutes from Disney Half the price of cheapest Disney hotel and double the space. A fridge and kettle (A sought after commodity in a Disney hotel) A separate room for the children to sleep in so I could have 5 minutes to myself after mental days in the park. Cons Towels were not changed daily but oh well did I mention it was clean, comfortable, 6 minutes from Disney and very reasonably priced???? All in all my whole family really enjoyed their stay and my three year old cried when we had to leave to go home.

Great apartment for my husband, daughter, and me. We spent a week here and were very pleased. Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us with our French and each day helped us with our itinerary. Can’t wait to go back!!
