one night was enough. if you like mouldy bath sealant, worn out cabinets, smelly and damp bedrooms, this is your place. if we had more than 1 night here, i would probably have moved. Location is good though, 20mins walk from disney and close to shopping and restaurants. Got charged 10 euros to park in the "secure" car park only to find out that the gates were broken and they stayed open the entire time we were parked there. the girl on reception probably put the 10 euros in her pocket - we had no receipt etc £ 180 for 1 night i suppose was due to the time of year, but if you book, be prepared for a budget experience. also the door to the room didnt lock - no chain etc

The apartment was clean if a little dated the free bus to Disney is close as is the large shopping centre only draw back is the supermarket is the other side of the shopping centre and it's a bit of a walk there are loads of restaurants/cafes close by and some great shops The hotel sells fresh baguette for £1 in the lobby every morning we took advantage of this it was still warm which was lovely.

This was our first family holiday abroad in many years. With 4 kids being between 11 & 6 we only felt comfortable abroad now they were a little older. We travelled with 7 people in our party, 3 adults & 4 children. We booked with Oasis travel and the entire itinerary was perfect. Easyjet flight was quick & hassle free from check-in to baggage collection. Transfers in taxi was flawless both arriving and departing. Hotel was perfect and was very clean and quiet. Our apartment included 2 bedrooms and was split over 2 floors with internal stairs. The ground floor included a living room and dining room with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer and towels were provided. The kitchen included a fridge, microwave, hob, coffee maker, dishwasher and all the plates, cups, glasses and cutlery required. The living room incorporated two sofa beds and a "pull-out" bed. The dining room was equipped with a table and 6 chairs. Two double doors lead out onto a balcony and was a welcome addition especially on hot nights. Upstairs one bedroom was furnished with a double bed and the other two single beds. Upstairs also included a toilet with separate bathroom including a bath with shower. There was two wardrobes one on each floor and inside one was a safe. All in all we felt the accommodation was near flawless for our needs with one tiny criticism being that the beds were rock hard but I'm knit picking. The lifts seemed a little temperamental but always seemed to be rapidly repaired. The swimming pool was very clean and well kept but I'd highly recommend if you are with children you bring floatation aids as there are none provided and indeed no supervision from trained staff. Staff were a mix between helpful and unhelpful but not disappointing. Our first staff encounter was a gentleman who advised on the location of the "hypermarket" and encouraged us to stock up on food. We were able to bring back an entire trolley of groceries for the week and it really was a great saving. The shopping centre and outlet village is only yards away from the hotel as is the shuttle bus service to Disney. Buses leave roughly every half hour and there are about 4 before the park opens at 10am. We used them every day at various times and I would caution anyone that the bus directly after the Disney illuminations and fireworks display and perhaps the one following that will require a little pushing to get on. There are usually 4 or 5 buses after the illuminations and the crowds ease as the numbers get on. We never ate in the hotel so cannot comment on the food, we also missed a food ordering kiosk in the foyer until the final day which allows you to order several different takeaway meals and have them delivered to the hotel, I'd say this would have been a great service. Overall our experience in the Adagio was first class and having stayed in the hotel Santa Fe previously I'd have to sway towards preferring our stay in the Adagio. The closeness to the shops coupled with the ease of the shuttle to and from Disney gave us the best of both worlds and the ability to load up the fridge and cupboards with food ment it felt like home! I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Adagio and would without doubt choose it again. Hope you enjoy your stay everyone! Hakuna matata!

Stayed at this hotel for a special birthday event. We stayed from 24 to 28 July. Good points were that the location was great. It's near a large mall with restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and is only one stop on the train to Disney. Also despite the hotel being very busy it was relatively quiet in the evening and we did not experience any noise or disturbances. Buffet breakfast was good. On the negative side, I had booked and paid for four rooms but clearly they had over booked and could only find three rooms. There were four couples/families in our group and this was not ideal. We were asked to return the following day to see if they could free up another room but as this was the day of my birthday we decided against having that disruption and stuck with the 3 rooms. The rooms were basic and a little grubby with stains on the sofas and carpets. We spent most of our time in Disney or in the bars/eateries and used the hotel to sleep in so all in all it was perfunctory.

We stayed for 4 nights while at Disneyland Paris. The apartment was a good size with 1 double bed and a pull out sofa bed in the dining area. The kitchen was good with cooker, microwave, coffee maker, sink and utensils etc. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning and had to leave windows open at night. This was meant you could hear the neighbours til 2am on one night.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, I travel a lot and have been disappointed by this hotel after reading good reviews. The rooms are very hot even though it was cold outside even with the French doors open it was too warm. The beds are very uncomfortable and you are only allowed one pillow per person even though I asked for another pillow as it was very hard to sleep on a flat pillow. The wifi doesn't work. There was hardly any crockery in the kitchenette. They only clean the apartment once in a week and therefore we had to use the same towels for 5 days. The studio was very small and basic and not suitable for two adults and a child, there are 3 very small beds. The safe was unusable. I was told on day one it would be fixed and it never was. Every time I asked the staff for assistance they were very rude and unhelpful. I was travelling with my two daughters aged 18 and 12 and we were looking forward to a girly week in Paris and this hotel was the only let down. Paris although very expensive was fantastic and the same for Disneyland. The hotel is in a good location for Disneyland as there is a free shuttle bus which runs frequently. There are restaurants nearby and a shopping centre, the restaurants are very expensive, however, Indiana has very good food and friendly helpful staff. The train station is about a 20 minute walk but you can catch the shuttle bus to the train station at Disneyland. It would have been helpful for the hotel information to state this as we walked with our cases from Val d' Europe station. The train takes about an hour to Paris and about 2 hours to the airport. Paris airport is massive and you need about an hour to get to your checkin desk. Overall this hotel was very disappointing and I would not recommend it.

Located right across the shopping mall Vallee and offering a free shuttle to Disneyland Paris this is an ideal place for families. They have also a swimming pool. Breakfast deal is good when compared with Central Paris. Parking is available on site at a 10 Euro per night fee but you may Park on the paid parking on the street outside for free on Sundays and public holidays and overnight. This is a place we would visit again.

The room we had was for 5 persons, had 2 separate rooms (hall/bedroom + living area/bedroom/kitchen) and a bathroom. All you need, really, if you spend the days in Paris or Disneyland. I would recommend this when travelling with friends, or when travelling cheaply. Excellent staff: they are very friendly and speak many languages amongst them. We will definitely be coming again.

We spent 4 nights at Adagio . We used the free shuttle to disneylandparis everyday. The hotel location is ideal ,being close to Disney and a minute away from val d'europe shopping village. The apartment is very practical with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchenette makes it possible to cook meals although we didn't have the time to use it. Would stay there again and would use it as a base to visit Paris .

We spent 5 nights at Adagio. It's a great base if you aren't worried about luxuries. We were only in the apartment to sleep and shower. There is no A/C so had to leave windows open at night. The wifi wasn't great and the safe was broken on arrival but was fixed. The staff are mainly speak French but very helpful! Shuttle bus was 150 yards from the hotel. Would go again
