Spent 5 days here earlier this month to do the whole Disney thing. Saw some reviews that worried me a bit but we had absolutely no problems with the place. Firstly, location is great. You probably won't spend much time here (Presuming you're here for Disney too) but for a place to rest your head for the night it offers a little more than the average hotel. Living room, dining table, stove, fridge... Was a nice luxury you don't always get on your average trip away. Shuttle service is great. We hopped on it to check in and accidentally got off at the wrong stop because the driver failed to call the hotel out (And you stop a little further down the road than I was expecting). After that we had faultless experience with it (And the drivers remembered to call the name out thereafter!). Getting to Disney is perfectly easy. Location is great too. If it was just my wife and I we'd have definitely walked to Disney every day. Didn't fancy it with three kids though. On day one we checked out the mall next door and the Sea Life Centre which was also fun. Play park on the other side of the hotel with lovely fields surrounding (Feel like these may be built on soon but lovely at present). Pool was a nice addition and why we went for this particular hotel (Kids insisted on it even though we knew we wouldn't be there much). Was nice and warm. Few people have mentioned the place is looking a little tired. Don't know if we just got lucky with our room? Reception feels very modern. Lifts and outside areas to the rooms perhaps a little dated but rarely looked at. TV channels are all in French, but that's because you're in France! (UK news channel would have been nice but not missed. Kids watched French language cartoons in the morning without a care in the world). Area felt really safe. You're in a Disney limbo area. It is a proper town but technically on Disney land (if you will), so doesn't quite feel like actual Paris. Everything's very new. Drivers even stopped to let us cross roads unlike central Paris. One last thought - You can buy things you may have missed such as adaptors and chargers from vending machines in reception. So in summary, clearly an actual Disney hotel might be better for most cases but as a cheaper place to stay in the area it was perfect for us. Très bien!

We as a family of 5 stayed here a few days ago. We paid £113 so the price was cheap and we didn't expect anything amazing. HOWEVER when we arrived the lobby is clean and spacious but we were given a room for 4 people. The apartment was creepy, tiny and like something from a horror film. We were moved (reluctantly) to a larger room that was much more spacious but my goodness do they need a refurb. Shabby is an under statement! The taps were falling off the walls, the sinks leeked, the wood work everywhere is very scuffed and very very tired. As an upbeat family we still enjoyed our evening and made the most of being very very close to the biggest shopping centre I have ever been into. The rooms don't have kettles so a cup of good old British tea was not possible...we survived. The bedding was all clean and fresh and the apartments themselves are in such a lovely spot that we all slept very well. Breakfast was ok, everything you want in a continental breakfast. Staff were friendly but didn't speak much English. Next morning we checked out and into one of the Disney Hotels which then made the Newport Bay look like Buckingham Palace in comparison! The lady on the desk tried to get us to pay their own taxi 20 euros to go round the corner and would not give us alternative numbers. SO overall for the money you spend at one of the Disney Hotels (which is £1000 plus for weekend) then this hotel makes a Disney stay possible for families on a budget but they could really update the place a little to make stays a bit more luxurious!

Just would like to say that our room was for 4 people and only had 2 pillows - when complained to the staff, a guy went up to our room (already screaming in the lift with my friends that “it’s not part of his job to solve this”) checked to see if there really wasn’t any pillows (there wasn’t) and said there was nothing he could do. Because we still needed to sleep(was 11pm when we got to the hotel), we just wanted an alternative and all we got was him screaming in our room that we could get a refund in the morning with the manager and STORMED out like a child. This all after a lovely day in Disneyland Paris. In other words ruined the whole experience, if it wasn’t for the very helpful morning staff we would not have stayed for the 2 nights we had already booked. Honestly, check in with morning staff and make sure your room has all the pillows!!!! In my personal experience i will never go back to be treated so badly again, everyone deserves to be respected.

Very basic room with plenty of sleeping areas. Any of the other negative reviews were from people expecting too much. Everything worked. Fridge, dishwasher, hob, kettle and microwave all provided. Good service. For eg. our shower stopped working and was replaced within 1hr. Very close to val d'europe, a HUGE shopping mall. With plenty of restaurants. Within walking distance (about 1.5mile) to Disneyland, which is just as well as the free transfer buses are very over-crowded. Reception area has good facilities for kids and can order takeaway meals on a provided machine. Swimming pool is good if a little on the cold side. But did not bother our kids too long. Reception can be slow when busy. Overall a very decent base for families visiting Disneyland. We would stay again.

We arrived to a very grumpy, stressed older lady who was complaining that nobody spoke French !!! But were then passed onto a calmer man. Tickets were all waiting. The apartment was very good, spacious and perfect for a family. Furnishings a little tired but we didn’t have time to worry about things like that as out all day. Good location to restaurants and the massive Val Europe shopping center which was 200m away !

When booking this hotel we stated we were a family of 8, my daughter having the two of young children while my husband and I had the older two 6 and 10 years old and wanted two rooms next to each other, not only did we not have joining rooms but they put us on completely different floors which made it very awkward for us all. We did ask why we were not provided with a cot in one of the rooms as it clearly states we had an infant on the form, we were told they had all been given out and there were non left. As it turned out the room was so small there was no floor space to put a cot anyway! I did make a complain about the carpet in our apartment was very stained but was told it was playdough and could not get it out. Our TV had loads of channels but we could not get one in English !To top the lot my granddaughter was very sick all over the settee. We reported this to reception asking for something to clean it up, nothing came we used a j cloth in the end. The smell was not pleasant. Sorry to the next people coming into that room. Finally having been told the shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes no they don't in April. At some times of the day it was every hour to be precise. In the bus it was frightening we were jammed packed on the bus standing up with a young child in my arms was horrendous.

Great location for Disneyland Paris, near a shopping centre which is ideal for self- catering. However, upon arriving, our room was not made up and the man on reception was unapologetic. Celia in reception was lovely but the arrival was appalling. The buses that transport you to Disney are horrendous in high season, it is much better to walk! Nice pool but no bar or anywhere to get a drink since the vending machines were broken! I would probably stay again if it was very cheap, but it would have to be very low in price!

We have just got back from here today, a party of 5, the youngest being 6, we stayed for two nights and couldn’t fault a thing. We were staying there as we were visiting disneyland Paris, which is about a minutes walk to the shuttle bus stop, and about a 15 minute walk away from the park, the location was ideal, and was in close proximity to everything we needed whilst visiting Disneyland, the local shopping centre which is huge, was a walk across the road away, which had a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants and it also had a giant supermarket, on the way in there is a lovely outdoor centre full of wonderful looking restaurants with a selection of foods and deals to choose from. It’s modern and has everything you need for your stay, along with some appliances which you can borrow. The staff were lovely, and very helpful with very good English although we used our French mainly with the staff, especially those behind the check in desk, check in and check out was speedy, we used the Disney express baggage service which was amazing, both arriving and departing which was no problem at all. We also experienced the swimming pool which was lovely after a long day walking around Disneyland. Overall the hotel was wonderful, we had no problems at all, from check in to check out. The staff were expectational and attentive, the room was clean, tidy, spacious and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Poor hygiene, stained sofas and carpet, dust in doors,... In two 2 nights hot water came and go, in the third no hot water at all... We had do boil water in pans... The staff had knowledge and did not make any kind of compensation for the trouble!

My friend and I stayed for four nights and we had a great time here. The room was great and bigger than expected for the price. It was great having a kitchenette and working TV! Staff were friendly and spoke great English. The place was spotless and we had no faults with our room. The shuttle for Disneyland Paris was close by and we had absolutely zero problems with it. We walked one night after an annual pass party at Disney and found it a nice walk too, not ridiculously far. We really just booked a place we thought would be cheap to rest our heads and shower and got much more than we expected. Wifi was also great and worked better than my wifi at home sometimes. The hotel was literally a minute walk from the Val D'Europe which was also handy and a great place to shop and eat! Would definitely book again.
