Disliked: Cleanliness
Numerous bugs in kitchen. Flooring in bedroom 2 not fitted to wall. Dirty bathroom mat. Uncomfortable beds. No curtains bedroom 2. Lacking basics e.g soap and toilet paper. Thin bedding therefore cold. No communication about how to access property until 1.5hrs after check in booked. Had to ask taxi driver to contact the host. Even then, we were told "he will be here in 10 minutes", 30 mins later, waiting in the rain, no one had turned up. Finally had messages with photographs, in slow succession explaining how to get in. Overall, stressful followed by unpleasant accomodation.
