Slept well, would like a newspaper. Staff nice, restaurant has good food and variety.

Great to have enough free parking. Not much within walking distance if you’re hungry. The room and shower were very adequate.

There was no overnight staff to handle problems. The single desk clerk wasn’t allowed to leave the lobby. We had a room that had it door kicked in on multiple occasions previous to our stay. While there one of the window panes fell out and broke all over our luggage and the floor. There was broken glass everywhere. The window wasn’t even secured and the bedroom window also could have fallen and hurt us. We had to clean it up ourselves to get to our luggage, we were given a broken vacuum for “help”. No gloves or a proper container no assistance and we were offered no compensation. If someone was under that window when it fell the injury would have been extreme. This hotel room was 250 for the night but it was barely worth 50. We did not feel safe here at all had to use the refrigerator to block the door because the locks were still ineffective if a person wanted to break in. Which looks like has happened many times to all the rooms on that side of the hotel.

The toiletries were replaced daily but not the coffee/tea supplies. The small refrigerator wasn't working properly. The towels were scratchy. Limited channels on cable TV. Families using the pool blocked the stairway & doorway constantly, making it dangerous and unwelcoming to use the pool. Most of the chairs in the hotel rooms were broken or missing comfort cushions since a lot of them were left outside their respective hotel doors where I also left mine. The laundry room was clean and had a dispenser for detergent sale but not softener. What bothered me the most is no matter what I purchased from the SUNSTAR restaurant, though the workers were friendly, the food was tasteless or had a chemical taste to it. I recommend you purchase your food elsewhere.

We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When we checked in the front desk staff told us that the only room available with 2 beds was pet-friendly and "had a smell." I told the staff that both myself and my daughter have asthma and a pet-friendly room was not what we had reserved and unacceptable considering both out health and "the smell." We were given the "only other room" which had one bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed.

At nowaday, it is impossible to have no wifi connection at room. The hotel image is totally damaged by hanging all cloths, clothes, towels & etc outside of the balcony. Hotel management refused to accept any complaint, asking us to go back to Orbitz, of which we had booked the hotel.

Entire hotel smelled of smoke. Room was smoky and heating system old.

The cost was good. The wifi often did not work, the maid service was poor. The room rarely had a full cleaning and restocking. We were there 7 days and several of those days we had to ask the office staff for items. The bathroom possibly the shower curtain smelled musty. The phone did not work. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind, gave good driving directions.

Stayed for three days and was very happy. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Hotel is not flashy but the prices reflect that. Very good value for money

Good location with easy access to roads we needed/wanted to travel. Could get to family home by using several routes that were easy to follow from location.

Better than I expected.
