Inside, you'll find a whole home water filtration system, ensuring pure, clean water throughout your stay. After a day of exploring, unwind in the saltwater hot tub, equipped with 19 jets designed to melt away tension in your back, neck, and shoulders. Plus, with a Tybee Parking Pass included, you'll have the convenience of parking at any paid spot on the island, making beach trips a breeze.

While staying in this coastal beach home, you will catch glimpses of the many birds that visit Tybee and maybe even the official bird of Tybee, the Painted Bunting.
As you drive up to this home, you will immediately experience the tranquility of the peaceful Tybee neighborhood.

The home's main living area is the middle floor, which the staircase may access on the side of the house. Every room of this home has been furnished with high-end furnishings with your comfort in mind. The living room has two large sofas overlooking Tybee's marsh and a large Smart TV. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for four at the kitchen countertop. The newly constructed kitchen has high-end appliances and all the meal-prepping conveniences you need, including a waffle iron. Located directly off the living room is a spacious porch with a gas grill.
A half bathroom and laundry room are also located on the middle floor.

Each bedroom has its own private ensuite full bathroom. The main bedroom is framed with windows that overlook the Tybee coastal marsh. The king-size bed has a Sleep Number smart mattress. If you decide to use the Sleep Number smart mattress settings remote, you will be able to adjust each side of the bed for the perfect night's sleep. The attached full bathroom has double vanities, a walk-in closet, and a large stand-up shower.
The second bedroom has a brand new double-over-double bunk bed (each bunk sleeps two) and smart television. The attached full bathroom has a shower and tub combination.
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and smart television. This bedroom also features an adjustable mattress that may be set to your own unique preference. The attached full bathroom has a shower and tub combination.

There is covered parking for two vehicles and an additional parking spot on the paved pad in front of the garage. An outdoor shower and an additional sitting area overlook the marsh on the backside of this luxury Tybee Island vacation rental.

It is widely accepted that Tybee Island got its name from the Native American Euchee tribe's word for salt. Like "Tybee," "Salawey" is another Indian tribe's (the Passamaquoddies) word for salt. The Passamaquoddy Indian tribe made their homes in the coastal waterways on the east coast of Maine.
