Every single staff member here was lovely! From the front desk to the restaurant, they were all very friendly and helpful, and happy to accommodate requests in a professional manner. My only complaint is that the walls are really really thin... Unfortunately, I had people talking next door to me after I went to bed, and I had to wear earplugs (they weren't partying, just talking, so I didn't feel like I could ask them to be quiet). Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay and I would stay here again!

It was very clean and staff friendly but professional. I had a big King room and I loves the fact the heating system was very quiet. Also convenient to shopping and fact ir has a restaurant and bar is a plus.
