Room clean including bathrooms. Fresh towels daily, beds made, floor clean. Also never a problem with the doors. Either free select menu breakfast or $8 credit toward adjacent restaurant. Drawback: beds are on the short side, can be cold in winter I use an extra blanket I always travel with as blankets are not thick. McDs and the fake Mexican taco bell in walking distance.

Very clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend if you're touring canyons. It's a great stop between Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon and even between Grand Canyon and Zion / Bryce Canyon. Two thumbs up!

Check-in was very quick and efficient. The front desk was very friendly and thorough. The property is well maintained, safe and clean. Room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast is limited to three choices, but portions were decent. Certainly better than a continental breakfast with danishes and toast. Restaurant on site was very convenient we had dinner there too. Food is good, not great.
