Quiet and safe neighbourhood. The place is clean with good amenities to support our stay such as access to kitchen and laundry. The only drawback is no option for elevators. We were on the 4th floor with suitcases. It was a challenge. Other than that, great accommodation and will recommend.

入館の際に紛れ込んだ蚊が部屋にまで侵入して来たので部屋の扉の前に防除対策をするか、若しくは事前に蚊に対する注意を表記して欲しかった(事前に知っていれば何かしら持って行った) 部屋にコンセントが少なく、不便だった。 枕元にもスマホの充電環境が欲しかった(多少のデジタルデトックスにはなった)

シンプルに生活するように滞在

ホテルスタッフは常駐しない、セルフチェックイン、アウト方式。エレベーターがないので3階までの行き来は少し大変（特に荷物がある場合）2階に共有スペースが簡易キッチンを備えているのは便利。1階の台湾レストランやカフェは月火定休日なので要注意。 部屋は剥き出しのベニヤ板でシンプル。アメニティもシャンプーやボディソープ以外は持ち込みが必要。静かな文教地区の中で生活するように滞在したい人向き。（向かいにセブンイレブンあり）水回りは新しく、清潔で快適。
