We want to commend Elizabeth Harukina and the rest of the staff for helping us during our 4 days at the hotel. Being first time in Japan it can be overwhelming at times. Elizabeth and rest of your staff are very efficient and an asset to APA Hotel Company. The four of us say "Arigatogozaimashita!" to your wonderful staff. We will visit Japan again!

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. I got one single bedroom, which was not extra big but the sapce was enough. The room was always clean and well maintained. After 2 nights you get free bottle of water. Bed sheets won't be replaced after 3rd night I think, as the hotel is ecofriendly. Everyday you get fresh towels. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and various bath products(shower gel, shampoo, shaver,..).

Stayed here for 3 nights in Tokyo in July 2019. Excellent comfortable stay and everything was sparkling new. The rooms were small but it was very well equipped and organised, and there was a nice view from the room. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the hotel is just a few steps away from Bakurocho station which is well served by the JR Sobu line and Toei metro. There’s also a 7-11 convenience store just across the road. Would stay here again if I’m in Tokyo.

The Hotel is new.
Quality price 10 Points!!
The location is perfect, it's close the subway and train.
The cleaning 10 Points!!
The rooms are small but they are very complete
The attention in the Reception is very good, For all this I recomend.

This hotel only had a couple reviews when we booked it, but we took our chances because of how close it is to Tokyo station. The rooms are small but we already expected that considering it is a business hotel. There is a microwave on the 2nd flr, and each room has a mini fridge. Our bathroom is compact but has everything we need. I like how they use full size shampoo/conditioner/soap bottles. We stayed here for 6 nights and we chose not to have housekeeping everyday, but they would still leave a refill-bag outside our door that contains new towels and other necessities. Overall, the hotel seems new and has a modern touch to it, our room and bathroom is very clean. What really won us over is the location. We are steps away from the JR line and metro line stations hence what made our traveling very convenient. Also, we are surrounded by convenient stores, restaurants and supermarket. We’re definitely staying at this hotel again when we come back in Tokyo.

We booked this hotel despite it not having any reviews. No regrets doing that. The hotel was newly built and only opened for a month before our stay. We did a semi self check-in when we arrived. It's a good option for those who don't like to interact with others or don't speak the language. The front desk staff can speak English and Japanese. Not sure if they can speak other languages. In the room, everything looked clean and new and nothing was broken. Though the room was small (standard size in Japan), we managed to put 1 large suitcase and 2 cabin sized bags under the bed. Extra pillows, bathrobes and 2 types of bedroom slippers were also provided. The disposal one time use type and reusable type. Other amenities were all provided in the bathroom. This hotel is trying to be environment friendly. The hair shampoo, hair conditioner and bath gel were provided in 1000ml bottles each instead of the usual small disposable bottles. This is the first hotel we stayed that used a magnetic sticker to indicate what type of room service required. We opted for no room service and the housekeeping team left the new linen in a bag outside our room for us. We only changed the floor towel and hand towel once as there was really no need for a 3 night stay. Location was really convenient as there are 3 different train/metro lines nearby. Also nearby are restaurants and convenient stores. We didn't take any breakfast at the hotel as we thought it was overpriced. Overall, it was a good stay on a quiet street.

The guest must do self check in, scanning documents and entering data. Having health problems, so I have to sleep with two pillows, I asked for an extra pillow but I was denied because it was not available. Extremely small rooms. I found a hair on the pillow. Very poor quality price ratio. I think that i'll never come back to this hotel.

Recently stayed for 2 nights prior to heading to the snow to go skiing. The hotel is only a short taxi ride from Tokyo station and is brand new, offering state of the art facilities. Self service check in was super convenient, allowing us to get to our room quickly. Hotel is located super close to both a local subway station and also a JR line, enabling you to get to inner-Tokyo easily. Just note that the room size for standard rooms is quite small - meaning it’s a bit hard to pack / unpack your suitcases if sharing the room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay - rooms are very quiet and let you get a good night’s rest!
