The room was in good condition. There were some stains on the walls, hair behind the toilet, and the staff would start cleaning very early. The walls were thin so I was woken up around 7-8 everyday. Other than that the front desk and cleaners were friendly and always left fresh towels and other daily necessities everyday. I would come back again for the same price that I stayed.

I was kind of afraid to book it looking at the reviews, but I actually had a lovely stay. I traveled solo and stayed here for 7 days and didn’t have a problem. The rooms are small but you can’t beat the price, and it’s really not a problem. The staff at the entrance greeted me and helped me with my check in as soon as I walked in, and check out was seamless. It’s in a pretty good location, too, not far from the station and near a DonQ, I 100% would stay here again !

Smallest room I’ve ever been in and they offered everyone and upgrade option for additional price but they never offered it to me and when I asked for it they said they had no rooms available, then offered the person right behind me if they wanted to upgrade but it’s a convenience location wise

Breakfast isn’t free but reasonably priced at 2400Yen. Room was very clean. Small space but it’s all that I needed. The only thing that was uncomfortable were the pillows. Would stay again.

The room may be small but its packed with amenities and refreshed everyday(towels, robes, coffee, tea, cups). The room and hotel is always clean and I do miss the heated toilet seat. They also have a weighing scale in the front desk which is super helpful after all the shopping we did. The staff are always nice and helpful. Will stay here again!

Although the rooms may be small compared to traditional hotels, it’s perfect for a couple that wants to wander into the streets. Close to Korean as well as to Japanese restaurants, along with the convenience to different metro stations that connect throughout the city. All amenities and cleanliness is provided. For people who are taller than 177cm, rooms might be a bit uncomfortable.

My 19y son stayed by himself in this place and he loved it. I would say that even when he was at the red district, he never felt unsafe. I actually catch up with him few days later and I can confidently said the place and the area were 100% safe. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place was very nice and clean
