The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The room was small, but it had everything we needed and worked well for 2 people. The location was also superb; it had multiple convenience stores and a donquijote nearby. Even though the hotel is close to bars, we felt safe. Highly recommend!

Rude staff, overpriced, heat does not come on unless you call the front desk to have them turn it on remotely every time you come into the room. Check out is ridiculous early and check in ridiculously late. No flexibility from the staff unless you pay extra for an early check in or late check out regardless of occupancy levels. No seating area in the lobby. Stay somewhere else
