The hotel was clean, the staff was welcoming, professional and very helpful, the room was very clean, it was easily accessible to public transportation, you could quickly grab some food at the mall out in front or the Lawson up the block and I would definitely stay here again.

Compared to the other hotels we stayed in Tokyo in the same price range, this hotel is a clear winner. The lobby feels very welcoming and our (relatively) spacious room even comes with a nice view. The amenities are great. The only small issue we had was with their drink bar…we can’t stand the artificial flavored drinks and brunt coffee. Luckily there is a Lawson just around the corner. It’s also close to Ariake Tennis-No-Mori station and Ariake Garden. The surrounding area is great for scenic waterfront walks.

The check in was through a kiosk so you didn't have to interact too much with the front desk staff. You scan your own passport and given the key with detailed information of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was small, but had good tasting items for low cost. The staff were all friendly when encountered. The Ariake Garden Mall is a few mins walk from the hotel and had lots of restaurants and things to do inside. The room was clean, but slightly small even for a family of four with two young children. Good area to stay if you want to explore Toyosu.

First of all, the view from the room window was exceptionally wonderful. I am very grateful for them to put me in that room (after staying in another hotel with no view). I stayed a week, and felt comfortable and safe there. The location is very good, you can go anywhere using public transportations. Also, you can enjoy walking in the neighbourhood. There is a big shopping area a few blocks away.

The room was very well kept, fresh towels were delivered every day to our door (we had the "do not need cleaning" sign on our door for the whole stay), staff was exceptionally helpful and the location was perfect near the Ariake-tennis-no-mori station. The shuttle service to Tokyo Big Sight was very helpful as well. All in all a great experience!
