The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds, but they are small with almost no counter space in bathroom, although there is a narrow counter/shelf near the door. No closet space, just a bar to hang your items. Staff is very pleasant and the food at the buffet is basic, but good. Did not like the location of the smoking room near the elevators. It smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke and we have a child with a breathing issue. Overall, appropriate for the price compared to higher end hotels. The proximity to the mall and train station is fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

This was our second hotel in Tokyo and it was much nicer than our first one. The area is clean and there are lots of options for quick eating and shopping and easy access to the bus and train

We had a pleasant stay at Far East Village Hotel Ariake overall. Although the hotel is located a bit farther from the city center, the transportation options—both bus and train—made it easy to get around and reach the main attractions. The Ariake Garden shopping mall is just steps away, which was incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The front desk staff were courteous and responsive. They communicated well and were consistently helpful with our requests. That said, the room was a bit small for our family of five, with limited space to open our luggage comfortably. Some of the room’s interior appeared a little worn, and the air conditioning didn’t work very well—it didn’t blow enough cool air, which made the room less comfortable at times.

We booked Fast East Village as is was close to the cruise terminal and so easy to get into Tokyo central. The hotel is soooo clean, has really big sized rooms and such lovely staff. Would deffo recommend for cruise travellers looking to stay extra nights in Tokyo.

Nice, well run hotel with nice amenities- & breakfast. Did not like the auto checking (understand it may be that way of the future, but the last thing I need after 20 hours of travel is learning another automation system. (however the staff were very helpful). Also- a little more space in the room would have been nice.
