When we arrived there was a piece of plastic in our shower drain, so I know they didn’t clean all that well. I understand breakfast being shut down because of covid, but they’re still (over)charging you for little prepackaged stuff. Masks are required but i didn’t see other guest wearing one. They were not enforcing it at all.

Well it's located next to a great restaurant... Texas Roadhouse. And its located on Rte. 45 which goes almost all the way to O'Hare.

Pros: very clean and very nice staff Cons: heard thumping from above quite a lot at bedtime 10:30 and later pillows flattened to nothing, beds were hard temperature regulator and heater did not seem very efficient

I didn’t like that they only had coffee and that the gym was closed. Also they didn’t have the same bedding on each bed.

First of all when we checked in, we noticed the bar was closing at 11pm on a Friday night.... not a big deal but the bar should be open later than that. Once we got into our hotel room my wife noticed there was a stain on the pillow case. And the refrigerator is not working. We have no way of keeping anything cold. When we woke up in the morning we went to take showers and the plug on the faucet would not go all the way up so the shower didn’t have all the water pressure you would like. Long story short i won’t be staying here again.

Very good hotel. Staff is very good. Next to great barbq restaurant.

Was a very nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

Good hotel - clean - easy accessible. Breakfast not included, however is not expensive and is good.

Some things were noticeably absent. No fan in the bathroom. Our carpet was wet around the refrigerator, but the staff came immediately to service it and dry the floor. Elevators were stifling hot, why no ventilation or A/C? What if that thing got stuck between floors? Breakfast was right at $10, which is probably right for Cook County, when most other places have it complimentary. Bed was comfortable, water was hot. Concert (downtown) going on the night I stayed there, I wish they'd consolidate these drunk kids into one area rather than distributing among people who want to sleep.

The hotel was a very basic hotel. Nothing special for the area. The Carpet in all of the hallways was mismatched and falling off the wall. The staff seemed to take no notice of it and when mentioned just said "yea we know." Overall it served it purpose as a place to rest my head but nothing special to rave about

In town for a funeral. The staff were wonderful and accommodating; early check in, using the big meeting room for family, ice buckets, cups for the pop, delivery pizza, even plastic spoons and a deck of cards for a game of spoons at the big table by the fireplace. Big breakfast for the kids for a reasonable price. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Very clean and inviting place and the staff were all terrific. Would strongly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located to highway access / egress yet, there is no traffic noise. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly. The Business Centre was very useful. You have the choice of eating in the hotel restaurant or other eateries on the same site. I would definitely stay here again.

Experience was good. This hotel is close to highway 80 but you don't get any highway noise. The location is very secluded. There is a Grand Buffet and a Texas Roadhouse but everything else you need to travel to get to. Both Restaurants close early. I am not sure what is included in the "All you can eat Breakfast." It costs $3 for a bagel.

The hotel was clean but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Spent most if the night awakened first by kids running up and down the halls. Next came the 1-2am drunks that continued until 4am. Loud obnoxious. I called the front desk but the problem wasn't resolved. The beds were terribly uncomfortable which surprised me because hilton usually has decent matteress. Both floors didn't have a working ice machine which we needed and last but not least they advertise wireless internet which was "down" the entire weekend. Very disappointed.

Really nice hotel. Stayed for the weakend, for a show at the first midwest amphitheater. Great room, great price, very helpful staff.

overall, the hotel was superb. Very nice accomodations, very comfortable beds, shower was fantastic.

This hotel was located close to my uncle's house and was easy for us to travel to and from for family functions. Loved the bed and bedding. Breakfast was delicious (but wish it had been included in the cost of the room). All the staff were friendly and caring. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time.
