BUT if you do you're just steps/a golf cart ride away from both the beach and restaurants to set up the perfect summer rental.

Great for families and pool has a remote cover (not shown) for those with kids.

Only available during summer 2023 for 29+ day term to comply with Town ordinances forbidding short term rentals.

Address and additional pictures/showings can be made available for serious inquiries.

There is an additional 2 BR/2 Bath 1,100 sq cottage with its own kitchen that can be made available as well if needed.
