Very convenient for our needs!!

WiFi only worked for a few seconds and then didn’t work again. I went to make coffee and found the piece that holds the coffee pod was missing so it was not possible. The shower curtain rod was coming loose from its fixture so the rod rolled away from the wall. Consequently, the curtain would slide toward the middle of the rod. 1 1/2 ft was exposed, and water went everywhere. There was a rotted away area at base of exterior door. The bathroom wasn’t all that clean and there was an open piece of hard candy on the floor by the bed. On the up side, the beds were comfortable.

Did not like the beds.... very uncomfortable. Otherwise one night stay was aok.

you pay for a room but there is absolutely no housekeeping pretty sad how everyone uses covid as the excuse for not doing basic duties

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property allows pets and with my being allergic to dogs, I've ended up sick.

Avoid staying here. Dirty rooms, and unfriendly staff. Breakfast was a joke.

Worst lodging in 60 years of travel. I am handicapped and use a wheelchair to get around, a. When we got to the room after checking in we found that the bed linen had not been changed. We reported it to the front desk and was told that we had to come to the front desk and get the clean linens. b. Telephone not working c. WiFi not working d. No wastebasket e. Hair dryer not working f. When we came back to the room the second night the room had not been cleaned, the bed made, or the trash removed while we were out.

The bathtub was dirty and there was hair in the sink along with dried toothpaste.

I have stayed in a lot of La Quinta hotel’s that are not as runners down as this one . For the price I expect to be better and COVID-19 did not have anything to do with it.

The room we reserved had a view of the river. When we arrived they had a lot of renovating going on and the key to our room wouldn't work. We went back to the desk and they were hesitant about giving us another room and they finally did. But, the room was on the back side corner room close to the highway and it was very loud and on top of that the toilet ran all night (needless to say we didn't get much sleep). There also were no amenities in the room like a refrigerator or microwave. Plus the Ice Machine at that location was broke, so we had to go to the main hotel. Then we discovered in the morning there was no free breakfast as advertised, not even a sack breakfast. This was the worst Hotel we have stayed in for a long time and would ask if we could get a full refund. Thanks

For $270/night I was highly disappointed. There is trash in elevators, stairwell, public areas. No housekeeping or any other service due to Covid. We are Charleston locals that needed to be out of our house for some work being done on floors. Made wrong hotel choice

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Grab and go breakfast left a lot to be desired!

We cleaned our room when we arrived the floors were gross and the tabletops were also dirty. I also dusted the entire room. The ac unit barely worked and the electrical outlets were spotty at best. Hallways were dirty and the cable was also spotty.

Unfortunately due to COVID everything was closed (pool, breakfast). They also are not doing room turnovers due to COVID. Otherwise, was a nice place to stay.
