Unclean room. Breakfast was included in the price but not served. Previous patrons left dirty socks in the bathroom under the sink counter and the floor in TV room, but the cleaning people seem to have missed when cleaned! Furniture outdated and show signs of wear and tear. Bed Sheats could use replacement too. No more Red Roof for this patron.
It was prived higher than neighboring hotels (not by much) and they had zero breakfast.
It was comfortable and it was close to where I needed to be.

This hotel had roaches ! Not only in my room but the people who traveled with me found 2 roaches in their room
The only complaint was there was a stench in the hotel that was appalling. It did not seem like anyone tried to correct it either. There were no room deodorizers placed or sprayed to offset the pungent smell.
Clean, updated, close to highway and local shopping.
Location was great. Lots of restaurants nearby. It was easy to get to around the area during most hours. Some traffic during rush hours.
Close to I95. Stopped here on my way to my from fla. great resaurant next door
