The problem was with restaurant you have to need make reservations for table because local people coming for eat there! Should be guests first! Jacuzzi was out of older someone broke glass bottle nex day people drink beer in pool no stuff there to keep this area safe!

Trouble checking in and getting keys. Maintenance had to let us in our rooms, then we were stuck in there for a few hours until the keys were ready. Both elevators were out of service at checkout, so couldn't use carts. Had to lug everything down the stairs
The hotel was beautiful, it was very busy with kids so it was hard to get in the hot tub with 20 kids in there and the same with the pool. Maybe they should have adult times so that it can be a little more relaxing.
I have heard nothing but great things about Tailwater but honestly wasn’t impressed. The room was nice but the hot tub and pool were too packed each day to use we checked back multiple times throughout the day and there wasn’t a time we could get in because there were always 6 people. Reservations for the pool/hot tub would have helped immensely esp since the spa shares these amenities. The restaurant was also disappointing. The ambiance and decor was nice but the food wasn’t very good. We enjoyed our time but this won’t be a place we will visit again.
This hotel was a beautiful relaxing place to stay....service was great and a lot to do, didn’t get to experience the spa but my next visit I definitely will call ahead of time. The only negative thing I would have to say about my room was there was no hot water for the shower but everything else was amazing can’t wait to go back!!!!!!

Excellent service and accommodations. It's a Jewel in a fairly remote area. Perfect for weekend get away or to be close to cross country skiing and snowmobiling .
The rooms were really clean, the bed was so comfortable and the showers were the best. The staff was so friendly I hated to leave. The restaurant was first class and with my husband being on a restricted diet the staff and chef were more than happy to accommodate him,thank you! Everyone was always friendly and smiling. Thanks to everyone for making our stay the best.
