I was told the pool and hot tub were in working order. When I got there and went to use them the hot tub was not working. That was the only reason I booked this hotel. I will not use ANY Americinn again.

I liked the fact that there is an elevator. Did not like that pool and hot tub "closed for maintenance" although no work was being done. Unrepaired cosmetics gave the feel of lesser quality hotel. I had higher expectations based on reviews.

While the outside looks quite nice, it doesn't take long to get a less than favorable impression. The mailbox sitting right by the entrance is rusty! We were in our room for several nights. The usual routine was to clean our room mid-afternoon, just when we came back from our morning activities and wanted a nap. Last day, the bed was made up with crumbled pillows and many wrinkles on the spread. It looked like someone had taken a nap on top of it. The only positive thing that I can say is that the breakfast was ready on time, the coffee was okay, and the area was clean.

Our "freshly made" bed that we found when we got back to our room.

This unattractive mailbox with rust is right by the front entrance.

The exterior generally gives a favorable impression from a distance. The hotel is in a good location for the restaurants we like. We walked to them each night.

Nightmare

The AC didn’t work, room was clean but things are falling apart, strong smell of weed in the hallway by service room. Front desk came to our room at midnight, opened our door as we were sleeping to tell us we were in the wrong room after already staying there 1 1/2 days! When asked for compensation after waking us up and wanting us to switch rooms at midnight, the front desk worker told me I should be ashamed of myself. Terrible customer service!

Very, very basic. I believe they were in the process of redoing the rooms. There was nothing on the walls and small holes in the ceiling where it looks like something was hung. We had constant issues with our keys and upon arrival was given a room that has people in it. Breakfast and pool were ok. It was an ok but would not choose to stay there again.

Good overall.

Hotel condition and service were decent, and the price for this hotel is hard to beat. The only real disappointment was that the hot tub was out of order. It's one of the main reasons i choose one hotel over another is the hot tub. But, these things happen.
