I paid for a King bed and was given 2 double beds. The TV had no remote and we were unable to watch the TV. I was charged again even though I told them it was a prepaid booking & showed them the confirmation. I had to have the morning staff credit me.

It was discussing.... truly wanted to leave but didnt have money for a different hotel!

This property was not clean at all. The hallways smelled and it was apparent that the hotel has not been updated since the late 80s. The first room I was given had a water leak in the ceiling. The second room I was given had no working A/C unit (on a humid day). I recommend spending a little more and choosing a different hotel. This one was not worth the price paid.

The bed was broken, we need to sleep the opposite way, but the Hot Tub was Excellet!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!! It stinks so bad, beds & pillows are awful and the bathroom made me want to throw up. I would sleep outside before I would EVER stay at this hotel!!

Quite settings nice has a pool and breakfast going to get another room again recomend family and friends to check it out

The room was very cold. Even I asked them to raise the temperature of the room, they could not do anything because it was already raised to the max. I could not sleep of how the room was.

The hotel conceierge was awesome. He was super friendly. However, the hallways of the hotel and the room itself was just awful. There were yellow stains on the tub floor. (Looked like pee stains). There were brown spots on the lamp shade next to the bed as well as on the walls in the bathroom, strangely resembling fecal matter. The bed was hard and the sheets did not look clean. The shower would not work properly. When I pulled the lever up to make it shower and not bath water it would only work half way. It was not a pleasant experience.

I left immediately. They billed me anyway. WAs disgusting

Everything had that old smoke smell. I only stayed 1 night and even my clothes that were packed picked it up. Likes of shady characters

I booked with Orbitz because I trusted you to screen your hotels. I did not need anything fancy. Just a good clean room. This hotel was terrible. My wife held her nose going to and from our room it smelled so bad. The bath towel rack was pulled off the wall on one end without repair. The beds were uncomfortable. The hotel was not clean. Called ahead for directions. The front desk was unable to give me directions to their hotel within the city. Drove a long time following incorrect directions. This hotel should not be on your listings. I would have walked out but the room was already paid so I was stuck.

Dryer broken, ice machine out of service A waffle or sugar cereal w\ toast, no bagel, roll, yogurt or non sugar cereal. Carpet sticky to walk on, hair in bed from dogs Room smelled no air did get new room Staff was friendly & tried to help but a lot needs to change here

1. Reserved a suite and given a regular room upon arrival at same price. 2. No power to frig and tv. Had to run some one down to fix. 3. 2 police cars with lights on the first evening to break up a fight outside. 4. Could not gain access to my room by nearest door. Had to use front door only. 5. Outside area dirty in front of hotel. Cigarette butts and trash all over. 6. My room key won't work half the time. Had to get it teletext at the front desk 3 times. The worst stay in my life at any hotel. Besides. I checked out early with no refund. Stay some where else, not here.

Found dog food in my room. The hotel smelled. I would not stay here again.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!! It stinks so bad, beds & pillows are awful and the bathroom made me want to throw up. I would sleep outside before I would EVER stay at this hotel!!
