The night person tried to over charge me even though the site had the final price, he is rude and has zero customer service skills.

The best part about this property is the location. Right off Route 91 it makes it easy to go anywhere. There are also a lot of stores, restaurants, and services in the area. Now for the downside. Our first room had a leaky toilet so we switched. The second bathroom was fine but the sink and toilet were very slow. When we requested more towels at the front desk we had go back to get the old ones. We were visiting family and not looking for a spa but the amenities were pretty non existent. No pool or work out area as far as we could see.

I called the Enfield Red Roof to cancel my reservation about a week before it occured, so I never went there. I assumed you would not be charging me as I had cancelled in time.

Convenient to restaurants, groceries, shopping. Room was in fair condition. Floors were great. Beds ok, chair was very soiled as were walls and windows. Tv remote did not work well and the TV had lots of static in the picture. Checkin was rude. Pet deposit was $50 which other Red Roofs do not charge pet deposit but, he tried to charge me $100 pet deposit. $50 each day. He ask me three times if I needed a smoking room. And ask me if I was keeping my dog in a kennel. I checked out at noon a day early and even though I requested a refund I’m positive that will not happen.

Bed bugs. Filthy toilet and walls. I would like a refund. The bed bugs the splattered drink and food on walls the pubic hair I have pictures of it all.

Pretty good experience per usual. I just didn’t appreciate the receptionist being reluctant about providing additional towels.

The staff was very good with cleaning our room every day. Always clean towels and supplies left for us.

The location is convenient. The room was smaller than expected and had no fridge. When I asked to upgrade, the person at the counter saw that I had booked through a 3rd party and wouldn't help me.

It wasn’t bad for two stars. Internet is bad at best.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Comfortable, close to attractions, and easy to get to.

I've been to some hotels at the same cheap price point with more amenities. Little things were off. No tissues. Super small towels. The rooms are very small and cramped (and a little dirty in the corners - though I can tell they do clean there). Nothing gross or out of sorts though. It very much does what it's advertised to do: provide a place to sleep. It's not as seedy as independent motels, and has a chain standard feel of uniformity and cleanliness. But its definitely not a nice hotel. The price is excellent, however, and makes the place worth it.
