Exactly what I needed for a quick overnight before an early flight.
The hotel was clean the staff were helpful.they had a great Breakfast eggs, saugage, muffins fruit, bagels ,cereal,coffee,tea.juice.
Great family trip, my daughter's birthday, pool side. Was nice and relaxing.
The room was lovely as was the hotel itself. My only complaint is the beds were too stiff and hurt my back. I'm 60 and my daughter is 31 and she had the same complaint. The bathroom was not completely clean. As in Cheetos fingerprints on the light switch and shower/tub had not been clean from the prior guest.
did not receive receipt due to third party booking...not comfortable with this policy.
never had any problems, staff always there to help you, only wish started breakfast earlier. usually take the first flights out in the morning
Very nice stay, great location for airport travelers.
Our family loves staying at this hotel! Some of the rooms have 2 beds and a pull out sofa which we love and the hot breakfast is a huge help when we are traveling :)
Convenient airport hotel. Decent clean hotel Good attentive staff
Nice hotel to settle into at the end of the day. The beds were very comfortable, nice big TV with lots of channels, free wi-fi, clean and spacious. Minor complaints: no shower cap and one of the vending machines gave me incorrect change when I purchased a snack. Other than that, quite satisfied with my stay.
I knew I had made a good choice when I got helped into a super early check-in (11.45am) by the front desk staff. I arrived around 11am after a redeye with 1 stop from the west coast and couldnt wait to get a bed. The receptionist went out of her way to make it happen. People were still checking out so there were no rooms cleaned and available. She not only empathised with me but got house keeping staff to get a room ready asap and I was able to get into bed by noon! Other than that, I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom was bigger and nicer than other Holiday Inn Express Hotels I have stayed (in Atlanta usually). Bed was comfortable (I actually like their mattresses better than the one I have at home). AC seemed to not be too responsive to my instructions I thought. Regarding Breakfast: (I can be picky) - They served biscuits in breakfast with gravy the first day but there was none the 2nd day. Strange I thought. Also there was those premade egg patties instead of fresh made scrambled eggs. I also feel that organic choices need to start appearing in hotels. They are bulk buyers and have the ability to support the organic movement so why wouldnt they. Otherwise the hot breakfast was pretty standard. They could have been more environment friendly by serving Milk in a jug instead of putting out tetra packs which are so not sustainable. Overall a great value for money stay - great location, no airport noise. Ability to go for a morning walk made me happy.
We checked in just for a night after visiting Six Flags which is ~10 miles away. The hotel was great, very clean, very nice stuff, clean updated bathrooms, comfy beds. Breakfast is included and very nice selection! The pool is small but clean and cosy! Lots of places to eat around the area. Stronlgly would reccomend!
Inexpensive and convenient hotel near the airport.
We just stayed overnight. Drove up from NJ to help my son and his wife load some old furniture in my truck to bring home. Room was clean, breakfast was okay.
I was really surprised by the size of the room. We had to queen beds with plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, and the room came with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast could've been better...
The hotel was clean, quiet and during the unexpected power outage, really accommodating.
Someone else had written a review complaining about the shuttle, and I wrote it off. Here's the deal - this hotel hires an outside company to run the Shuttle - that outside company operates parking lots and other things, and so they can take forever. The first three shuttle were filled - I stood outside for over an hour - really could have used the time for a pressing business project. Told the hotel - they were like, okay, that happens sometimes. They need to tell people that their shuttle is very sporadic - would have picked a different hotel if I had know this - there are dozens in the area, and some have their own driver. The rest of the hotel is standard for the price - pretty average.
We have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. The rooms were spacious & very clean. The staff was so friendly & helpful. There is excellent shopping (Buckland Hills)& restaurants close by. We highly recommend it!
The hotel was just perfect. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Can't ask for anything more
