Large rooms that are overall nice. Lobby is clean and nicely furnished. Unfortunately they recently discontinued the airport shuttle so it's not as convenient as it was in the past if you're flying out of Hartford.

The staff was friendly. However, when checking in, we learned that the hotel had discontinued the shuttle service to the airport. When we booked, we called the hotel to verify the 24/7 shuttle. We were told it was discontinued on January 1. We were never notified. This was the only reason we booked this hotel the night before our flight. We ended up ordering a Lyft ride, which was an additional expense we hadn’t planned on.

The first room they gave us was never cleaned. The second room they gave us the mircowave stopped working after one use. The toilet flushed slow like it was blocked up. No dish soap or sponage to wash the dishes. They did bring it when i requested. There was less the half a roll for the papertowel. There was 250.00 deposit. The breakfast not good. For a suite the room was small. Overall was not happy with the room. I would not go back.
