Room was clean but the air conditioner/ heater was so loud that it shook the whole room. I checked in at 10 PM and was told it was the last room and I can see why! No sleep last night! Room 323. Terrible!

We were very disappointed in this hotel, esp. because it is a Marriott chain hotel. we liked the park and fly feature. But that is about it. The people at the front desk were pleasant, but were having some kind of discussion at the front desk about their jobs. our rooms smelt (the refrigerator like old food), so we went to the Lobby to play games, The staff was in the back, laundry area yelling really loud and swearing sometimes. just very unprofessional. They have a breakfast which is included in price - but because our flight was early...totally missed out on that. they could've offered something to go. For the price... the hotel was not up to par at all.

This is exactly what a Fairfield Inn should be. Nice room, good bed, clean room & bathroom. The free breakfast buffet was excellent. Obviously it's not what you'd get at a super luxurious hotel, but it's great for what it is. Good cheese omelettes, great pastries, actual fruit, etc.

We stayed here prior to a morning flight from Bradley. Check-in was quick and we received a room on the first floor as requested. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but was a bit on the small side. It was very cold outdoors and a lot of cold air was coming in the Heating air conditioner unit. The room would warm up and than quickly cool off with the draft. It was fine for a one night preflight stay. The breakfast was good, and hot and offered plenty of selections. There are numerous places to eat within walking distance. This is a fine place to stay prior to ones flight but do not think I would want to stay for more than a night.

Upon our my arrival, we had a little confusion with the reservation but the staff was friendly and helpful and it was quickly sorted out. The room was clean good size. I had the room with mini office with desk, TV and chairs setup and king size bed. Lots of lights mostly floor lamps not problem doing office work. The room temp was a little to control, would not come on at times and the room would cool off, seeing I am from Texas this was considered to be downright cold. I was on the second floor of a 3 floor building. I could hear the person walking above me, I am thankful they did not do a lot of walking. Surprisingly being located not far from the airport I was not able to hear one plane landing or taking off. It was really quite like being far out in the country side. The sink water stream was a little weak and I had to run the shower before I could get hot water in the sink, not bad since I did have to call for someone to come check it out. There appear to be a good choice of places to eat and do some light shopping within walking distant. I was able to take advantage of the free breakfast not a bad selection of items to choose from. Not much on the hot food side but it was good enough.

I usually stay far, far away from high traffic airport hotels, but when you're working at the airport...convenience wins. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised with this property. While the room was on the small side, it was clean, comfortable and recently updated. The air traffic noise was low for the proximity to BDL; wish I could say the same for the neighboring room. Fortunately, the loud conversations ceased at a reasonable hour. The buffet breakfast was better than expected, with a variety of healthy options. Nice option if you need to be near the airport.

This hotel hasn't been the same since the Front desk Manager Dion left. The customer service is cold and poor. I will be finding another property to stay at when I am in town. I asked for additional wash clothes and was told they did not have any, I went to the food bar to purchase a snack and a drink and the front desk girl made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Just a very uncomfortable environment. Bring Dion Back !

We had stayed here before and had a good experience but this time was awful. The facility is nice but the staff was rather cold and unhelpful to say the least. We had a light in our room that flickered the entire night until I had to unscrew the fixture to unplug it. The AC/Heat unit was so loud so we ended up freezing. We would have asked maintenance but we know they couldn't do much and would have woken up our kids. When we told the front desk about our issues they did not seem concerned what so ever. I guess we wont he coming back again.

we came in on a red-eye and they were so accommodating to let us check-in early and get a couples hours of sleep before going to Umass Amherst. this hotel is 5 mins to the rental cars and 5 mins to airport, it's easy access , 5-10 minutes to highway 91. do very convenient and easy access. we were on a ground floor in the back, room 104, there was some loud talking of staff during the day but they were cleaning rooms and the room is along the stairwell so you can hear people going up or down. Although this room is closest to Wendy's if you want to step out and get a quick snack (I did), next time i plan to request a higher floor. Great breakfast, staff keeps it stocked and are attentive. nice business center in the lobby, everything worked perfectly. The staff at ths property is extremely hospitable and friendly. We left at 4.45am on Sunday and there was an awake, alert and friendly staff at the front desk. There were tepaving the parking lot when we were there, but we were able to find parking easily. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for accommodating us fom our red-eye.

We arrived after dark. This was a nice hotel. Room was small , probably to cater to folks who fly in and fly out. It was hard to use an ironing board because of the room size. The room was clean. The hotel hallways and lobby was clean. Breakfast was very good. Lobby was attractive. They didn't charge for free bottled water. The only thing that I could find fault with was the tires on the luggage cart needed air. We left early but had a good night sleep. Good hotel!
