We arrived after dark. This was a nice hotel. Room was small , probably to cater to folks who fly in and fly out. It was hard to use an ironing board because of the room size. The room was clean. The hotel hallways and lobby was clean. Breakfast was very good. Lobby was attractive. They didn't charge for free bottled water. The only thing that I could find fault with was the tires on the luggage cart needed air. We left early but had a good night sleep. Good hotel!
The staff was super helpful and cooperative. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious and the lobby area is large and comfortable, perfect for a group! Breakfast was great and some items are available even during other times of the day.
Stayed here fri sept 15th after visiting the Big E. Much cheaper rate than the springfield hotels with a short drive away. I was nervous about noise when assigned a room on the first floor near the lobby. It was quiet in our king bed room. Very clean and fresh. We used the pool which stayed open till 10pm. Breakfast was very good. OJ was NOT watered down like some hotels. All in all very good stay for the price. Would definitely stay again when visiting Six Flags.
Escaped Irma and ended up in BDL from FLL. Staying at the fairfield inn near airport. The blanket we were served is full of yellow stains.. It was nicely tucked on the bed hiding the yellow stains (pee?) We noticed it next morning with full day light when the blanket got flipped. This is Disgusting. Possible a healthy hazard. We are sick to our stomach. We could hear people over our floor all night. The stopper is bath tub was not working. The keys stopped working 2 hrs before checkout. We would have been better off in hurricane. We were sent 10k points after the complaint was logged with Marriott.
Thank you Nae and Vinod for assisting me and my son while visiting Six Flags New England. Hotel was clean, fresh and had great energy. The breakfast guy had the place well running based on the usual free breakfast rush. Overall, we loved this hotel and the team loves their jobs which makes for a correct hotel environment. I stayed at 44 Marriott Hotels in 2016 and 28 YTD 2017. These folks get it and they should be proud of their accomplishments!
We stayed one night. There are many nearby restaurants. Close to New England Air Museum which is worth a visit. Happy no noise from airport. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly
I would have given a higher rating but the halls are dirty as they are renovating them. The room was a nice typical Fairfield Inn room. Though we didn't need it the room had a fridge. The air conditioner never shut off but I may have not ate it properly. The complimentary breakfast was ok. The normal waffles, pre cooked eggs, oatmeal, toast, bagels, yogurt, bacon, fruit and cereal. The cereals where rice Chex, granola, and some type of Chex mix. A bit odd to not have Raisin Bran or corn flakes or cheerios. They should label them too. The toaster was slow and a bit cramped but it was still a satisfactory freebie breakfast. There are a lot of hotel choices on this stretch of road outside of the airport. We actually stayed there as an option to six flags New England.
This hotel offers a basic room with a refrigerator. The room in fine for a budget hotel. However, the room could be cleaner. I found several small items left by prior occupants around the bed skirt that housekeeping would have found if they had vacuumed around the bed. The breakfast was really fine and the location is near the airport. I just hope that housekeeping steps up their game.
1. Immediate smell of mold/must upon entering room 2. Checked in using mobile app around 4 or 5 (asked for specific bathroom/bedding items to be delivered to our room prior to arrival). After 8pm we arrived and nothing was in our room. I don't want to hear that they were busy or didn't have time either, we have stayed in many Marriott's in different countries and NEVER have our requests been unfilled for ANY reason. 3. Foil (like the Reynold's kind) wrapped over rotten/broken old wood under bottom of refrigerator. 4. bottom of toilet green/brown (not at all Cleaned). Wore our flip flops in the bathroom, just didn't trust that the floor was clean! 5. Broken/cracked areas in tub. 6. Dirty finger prints/ dirt on inside of bathroom door. 7. LUKE warm shower. That was HORRIBLE!!! Had to wait 10 mins for the sink water to even get warm the next morning! 8. Carpet separated from areas of wall etc, dirt in those areas left un-vacuumed. 9. Dresser in bad shape ~
And friendly staff. Very helpful with finding a good restaurant too. Only negative, they allow guests children too run screaming (literally) down the hallways (more than a few times) without asking the guests to be respectful of other guests.
