Airport shuttle ran late, but the woman at the desk called to makensure they were on their way. She was so nice. The room was pretty clean, low noise level (heard doors shutting), the front desk was neat and organized. I liked the option to buy snacks and drinks. Free coffee and tea was a plus!

1st room the heater didn’t even work they quickly changed my room but there was a dime size hole on bathroom door , toilet wouldn’t flush unless I stood there and held the knob down until the tissue went down . Drawer had a piece of wood broken . The people over me was so loud I wasn’t even able to sleep & if all that wasn’t bad enough I noticed they doubled charged me for the room . They charged my 1st card when I made reservations $85.74 through Expedia then they charged me $82.11 for the room plus $150 for deposit on the credit card I used for the deposit . I called they said they would check but I haven’t heard back . Very disappointing Quinta
