This was a very nice hotel stay. I would've given a better rating had my bonvey marriot points applied to my account like the receptionist said it would. However, I did not receive points for either nights stay.

Mostly nice place to stay- with a few issues.
I found Fairfield Inn and Suites to be very satisfactory. The staff was pleasant, the general environment was welcoming and mostly clean. That being said a few points that could've made the experience better. There was a light in the entry way that stayed on all night-(no apparent switch). Inside the shower was an exhaust fan that could not be turned off. It ran constantly. I was told that was the way it was. Also, the grate to the shower was very visible and dirty. If those things were improved I would give the Suites a much better rating.
