Advertised full breakfast. Then when checking in was told we have coffee here but here are vouchers to get 3 free items at dennys which was next door. However the voucher was really a $7 discount. Which was fine but I remember the days picking hotels with full breakfast to save money and this would have ruined the trip.

While the facility was in decent shape it was an old super 8 with the sign still up which gave the appearance of a run down motel. They had updated the rooms but the bathroom could use some new caulking etc. Doors had holes that showed repair etc. The main thing was the receptionist/desk clerk was somewhat rude and not that helpful. We never had any room service for the 3 nights we stayed. Had to go and ask for fresh towels and beds were never made. Disappointed over all.

We appreciated the staff that were friendly and helpful, the clean room, and that it was pretty quiet despite being close to the freeway. The breakfast is a voucher for Denny's next door (6-10 am), 2 per room rented, with a limited menu where you choose three items and a drink, or alternatively $7 off anything on their menu. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would go back!

Clean, quiet and affordable! We had an excellent stay, super clean recently remodeled room. Breakfast continental bar with Denny's vouchers were perfect for our early morning rush. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Check in time was 4pm. We arrived at 4:10pm. We requested a first floor room when we reserved. I have issues with stairs and there was no elevator. We were told the 2 rooms on the first floor were not clean yet. (Poor management). Another couple was waiting as well. We sat in their coffee area till 6:20. FINALLY we were imformed that the other couple would receive the first floor and we could have a second floor room. Reason the other first floor room was not cleaned staff had left for the day. (Poor management). Desk clerk was doing her best. The room was okay. But trying to shower and getting luke warm water was just another sign of yet again poor management.
