Beautiful pools, but they didn’t open until 9 am and close in around dinner time. It was frustrating as adults to not be able to use them as our schedules permit it.

Juniors breakfast was very good.
Watch your bill..added 2 charges for mini bar which was never used.. corrected at checkout.. after leaving last day, breakfast doubled charged at Viva which was never visited at breakfast, doubled charged tip on last day too. When calling to inquire 5/13 waited on hold twice at 6-7 minute mark hung up both times, on 5/14 representative finally answered call to correct disputed charges.
