Easy access to I-95. Lots of shopping and moderately priced restaurants in the area. I customarily stay at another all suite hotel brand that is priced higher. The quality is comparable and the value is good. I would recommend the this as a nice alternative.

When we checked in, the lady at the reception was rude. She started off by saying, we have no rooms available in a curt voice without even asking if we already have reservation or not. The room given to us wasn't serviced. It had no coffee, no cups, no soap. Room service had clearly missed the room and it was still given to us upon check in.
I didn't like the fire alarm that forced us out of the room for about an hour around 9 at night

Check in desk attendant was on the phone for over 30 minutes leaving 6 people standing waiting to be checked in. We tried to get her attention by shouting and banging on the food. She ignored us. Terrible behavior. I will never stay at this hotel again.
The hotel staff were amazing. Excellent customer service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
It was an overnight, quick, stay. But overall, nice place friendly staff, very clean, and the morning breakfast was good.

Hotel was pleasant and CLEAN. After a previous stay at a hotel in close proximity a month before and being terribly disappointed (urine smell in hallway and room smelled like a kennel) we were a little leery of booking site unseen. When we arrived we were amazed. Everything was just as described, friendly staff and great breakfast as far as hotel breakfast goes. Definitely our new place to stay when visiting for shopping at the outlets.
