This is a nice, new looking hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great - cheese omelets with fresh veggies, sausage, and oatmeal along with toast, bagels, good muffins, etc
We were only there overnight for a long layover, so we did not see much of the hotel area as it was dark when we got there and dark when we left. But the room was beautiful, clean and accommodating. We loved the extra couch and the airport shuttle. Staff was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the extra $18 charge per a day. But would stay there again.

Accommodations were great. What made our stay just "OK"? It took the shuttle 1 hour and 35 minutes to pick us up from the airport for transport to the hotel due to a shift change that the hotel staff failed to mention and we were charged $173.01, an overcharge of $11.01 from the guaranteed rate of $162.00. Also, a good bit of information on the reservation were incorrect. Hotel needs to more transparent with the shuttle service, get more accurate reservation information, and charge the correct amount for the stay.

My only problem was that I stayed at this hotel because it had a free airport shuttle. But I found out when I was checking in that they don’t start the shuttle till 7am. I’ve stayed at many hotels for this reason and I have never had this problem.
I paid for a king room and confirmednthey would not give my room away as u was flying late. They gave my room away and put me in]pl One right by the elevator. Beds looked like the had been slept in and then made by a 1st grader. I elevator noise was very loud. Staff were wearing a jacket to a different job and looked like he just woke up and forgot to brush his hair. When i asked why i was not in the room i paid for he siad it was because I booked througb Orbitz.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay - even though we were directly across from the elevator, which initially worried us, we didn't hear any noise in the hallway. My only complaint - I love the property is pet friendly, BUT we had a guest's dog bark and lunge at us at the elevator. The other guest beat on her dog, which was unfortunate. If there was a "friendly pet pet friendly" option (I know it's unrealistic), the trip would have been perfect.
Good location
The room size allowed for my family to speed out in comfort. I also felt they took the precautions for Covid-19 seriously making sure that only 2 people or 1 family were in the elevators at one time and ensuring things were clean, sanitizer was available for everyone.
Place was nice, clean. Would’ve been nice for them to come and clean at least once. But no one ever came. We had to request more towels and blankets and such. Also, we’ve all got these strange little bites. I’m really, really hoping they are from mosquitoes or soemthing and not bedbugs 😬😬😬
Front desk staff was not very friendly. I noticed the rude and dry attitude at time of check-in and after that I decided not to interact with staff. Hard to get right information on house keeping. Overall, I am very disappointed and would not recommend or use this brand moving forward. We were told that housekeeping is every 3rd day and when we came back late evening, bed sheets were not changed or fixed properly. It was very bad experience
They don’t clean there rooms we has to be asking for trash bags and towels I think that with this pandemic they need to take care this rooms and they announce one time for the pool and they get you out early

We do try to always be there in a timely manner and 1.35hrs is way too long to wait. None of our shift changes are this long.
